When I came back in a few hours, they handed ne a stick that they said had become lodged under my car, and was causing the noise - they easily could have removed the stick, replaced a u joint and I would never know that the repair was unnecessary. They did not charge me for the stick removal....

Color me shocked when they showed me the Alignment report on why she had 2 rear tires going bald on the outside where even the steel belts were showing on one. Even hitting a pothole every day for 6 months couldn't have screwed up her alignment that bad. They have no idea what they are doing regarding alignment to the point they either don't even do it, or they have incompetent employees taking short cuts. I would recommend you not visit them for anything related to alignments or tires. Within 8 months you will probably have the same issue and be out another 1k+. Absolutely ridiculous to take advantage like that.
