We got a flat tire while traveling and were in a really stressful situation, but everyone here was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They helped us figure out our options, get the tires ordered, and get everything moving as quickly as possible. The whole team made a frustrating situation so much easier, and we really appreciated how kind and helpful everyone was from start to finish. Thank you so much for the great service! read more

Came In for an oil change/tire rotation and just maintenance before the beginning of the school year BUT ended up walking out after we noticed our regular guy Ted wasn't there. Teddy has been our go to guy for years and we will be following him wherever he goes! read more

Easy to schedule appointment. Friendly service and fast turnaround. Would go back in the future.

Almost seems like the employees tell the boss who they will service, and complain about doing the service you paid for. This place is completely non professional. Pretty horrible actually. Definitely will never return. read more

Friendly and quality service. These guys have helped me out in a pinch and always provide honest advice

Quick service and great prices. Definitely recommend this company for tires and friendly staff!

Ted and his team were kind, fast and efficient when we needed service done on our vehicle. They gave our car a full work up with new tires and we were really happy with the work, pricing and how quickly it was all done. Thank you guys! read more

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Teddy at the Rotterdam store Great customer service was in and out with 4 new tires and a inspection Thank you Teddy and staff for a Great experience read more

Close, convenient, friendly and get the job done right. My Son always go to the Curry Rd Adirondack Tire Center for his car inspections, oil changes and some repairs. It is the place I think of first. Never felt I was going to get "Taken" like other Tire/Repair centers. read more

Ted always goes out of his way to get you in and get you out in a timely manner. The tire prices here are fair and they are also good for an inspection and oil change. Fast, friendly service. read more

Check engine light was on headlights were out and i had an inspection coming up, i had a friend of mine recommend this place and once i got in i was out of there in no time. Mechanics knew exactly what they were doing unlike others I've been to who created more of a problem with my car. Staff was very friendly and i would 100% recommend this place for any of your vehicular needs read more

Just got back from here. My wife got an oil change recently and they lied to my wife about needing new brakes and rotors which they said they'd order. When I went back to pay for the oil change and get an explanation for they're lying about the parts the manager Mike told me he was in the military and because of that he couldn't lie about cars. Then he blatantly called my wife a liar, following that up by saying they showed her the brakes last time, (which they never did) and told me if I was gonna keep lying we'd have to go "out back" to settle it. I will never be giving this place my business again, and while I appreciate our Veterans, Mike is a lying childish scumbag. You threaten your own customer over a lie you tried to cover up? Worst experience in any kind of store I've ever had. read more

I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Teddy always squeezes us in and takes care of us. It is hard to find honest mechanics that won't take advantage of you but at Adirondack Tire you won't find that. They are always straight up with us and get the job done quick! I 100% recommend coming to Adirondack Tire on Curry Rd. read more

They are rude and misogynistic, enough said. Even though it was my car being serviced (and I was paying) they only acknowledged my boyfriend who was only there because he was driving me home while my car stayed there. During a visit we provided them with an oil filter we had purchased ahead of time. Not only did they charge us for another oil filter, the one we provided went "missing." I would never go here again, nor would I recommend anyone else go here. read more

Purchased 4 new tires and am happy I went with Adirondack; especially as the market is saturated with tire centers in Rotterdam and Schenectady areas. The experience was great, my tires were in stock and I was on my way within an hour. There is no price for the time I saved. Make sure you ask for Ted. He will sell you only what is needed and will stand behind the sale. read more

As a woman looking for a reliable and reasonable service center where I'm not raked through the coals, this is my go to place! Ted the mgr is super friendly and honest. I highly recommend this location! read more

Very good customer service and fast Got back brakes and rotors almost $100 cheaper than the competi .I also got a ny state inspection.

I recently had an oil change at Adirondack Tire and was completely satisfied with the service. The place was also covid safe. Manager was very helpful and cordial. I will definitely go back the next time I need something done. read more

This place has good deals for winter tires which is why it got 2 stars otherwise it would be one. But just had work done at this place yesterday and had my tires rotated doesn't include balancing and it was around 40 dollars. To have them balances was another 40 dollars. And they balanced it by leaving the old weights on and just stacked on new ones. When the real way to do it is to take off all the weights and add them on as needed. I will never bring my car here again for anything. read more

I arrived at this store with a flat tire, a banged-up rim, and a very limited budget. The manager (Keith) really worked with me to keep my cost down. The next time I need tires (hopefully not in a flattened, immobile, crisis situation), I'll definitely be back! read more

I recommend thise place. I went in for 4 new tires and had a fast leak for 1 tire. He ordered the tires and patched my leak for free. When i got the new tires on they did an alignment which ended up still pulling to the left. I called them back they set me up for another appt and fixed the problem. Only reason i chose 4 instead of 5 stars is because i had to go back and get it done again. Rick hooked me up though read more

On April 14th I went to Adrindack Tires on curry road to get 2 new tires and have my recently rotated tires from the front put on the back and the new ones put on the front. We left to N.H. to visit my Dad and realized that the crappy firestone tire was left on. The tires were not rotated and I just paid to have my good tires replaced. I had roadhandlers from sears which I love. When we contacted Mike the manager at adirondack tires to tell him what happened he was not suprised as the employee we had working on our car they were trying to get rid of because he doesn't listen or take direction well. At which point they were busy and had to go look fr the tires to see if they were even around anymore. Long story short I still do not have my tires or compable tires. Not looking for new tires but ones similar to what I had. My husband spoke to Ben; supposed person in charge of adirondack tires. Which he is not. So now I am out my pair of roadhandlers at 400 dollars and they are refusing to do anything. Please repost. Adirdondack tire on curry rd in Rotterdam NY does not care about their customers or at the very least this customer and I find this to be unacceptable. Being in customer service al my life I could never treat someone so poorly. 1 month and no resolution? read more
