The crispy rice is super flavorful albeit on the oilier side, and the cod itself is very fresh. Every bite has a bit of sophistication from all the ingredients around alongside fresh vegetables like pickled beet. The wine pairs well with the dishes. Service is excellent as I was very thirsty and the server kept up well with water refills.
