Leo's a good guy. Showed up in a speedy manner and was very thorough in diagnosing what was wrong with my mazda3. He was great in explaining his work and made the whole process very smooth. Fair pricing and saved me the hassle & cost of a tow truck and mechanics here on the westside. Highly reccomend. read more

Beware of this so-called mobile mechanic. He charged me for a service but never actually fixed the problem. When I asked for a refund or for him to properly repair the vehicle, he refused. Instead of taking accountability, he deletes negative reviews to hide what he's really doing. He is scamming people, and there are multiple businesses tied to his phone number, all with the same pattern of terrible reviews. His conduct has also included racist behavior, which makes the experience even worse. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dishonest business. read more

I called this guy like 3 times then we were like back and forth, and he never replied back on the last text we exchanged, I was expecting at least a "no I can't go"; the reason I looked into this guy is cause I saw he's mobile and I needed somebody to come over and do some repair on my car cause I wasn't able to drive it. Mechanics if you are not able to perform a job or you don't have the time why don't you simply say "I can't go" ....that'll save time read more

Mobile master Mechanics - Hateful and disgusting Comment - Auto Repair Near Me

Leo has been working on my cars for years and they always work great after. I typically don't have to call him for work again for years because the car runs great. Was very impressed with the speed of service and the Professionalism. Always finishes the job quickly without making mistakes. He doesn't mind if you watch him work. But he might talk your ear off! Hahah read more

Prompt and Quick (contact/arrival/work) Friendly and Personable Fairly Priced and Knowledgeable Leo helped me with my toyota 4runner! He installed a new battery and corrected a misdiagnosed issue I had. He was clear and upfront about what sort of issues should be prioritized and and how they could be remedied; he let me know what he was able to fix (issues I had and them some) and some of the most economic options for safely remedying them without making me feel pressured, patronized, or judged. He answered any and all questions I had. I'm Looking forward to working with Leo again and am also recommending him to friends ...and to YOU! read more

Leo came over and took my Audi Q5 apart in my driveway. It was pretty scary seeing half of my engine taken out but after he put everything back together perfectly and when it was finished the car was running perfectly great!! I just bought this car from a dealer and was worried i got sold a lemon but luckily Leo saved the day for a totally affordable price and got everything done in a couple hours whereas every other mechanic I spoke to wanted me to leave it for days! Thanks again for getting me back on the road!! read more

Leo has been our family Mechanic for years and has always done a wonderful job. He sold me on the fact that If he doesn't fix the car he doesn't charge. Highly recommend him and his team. They are all very positive, and obviously are being led and trained very well read more

Leo is literally a hero! I called him to check out my Corolla which was making a weird scraping sound. When he got here there was a car on my block which had a kitten stuck under the hood. He ended up saving the kitten! You can't make this stuff up. My car ended up being fine but I will definitely call him for future mechanic needs. He travels to you and he can also check and change your oil. He's very nice, respectful and responsive. Also he speaks perfect English with no accent so that other reviewer claiming he has bad English is a troll read more

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. Took me awhile to find his information but he sold me a car on Facebook 2001 Honda accord and it definitely was a lemon. He rolled back the mileage, said he fixed all these "things" & absolutely none of it was fixed. He does not do fair business, he's a scam artist. I wouldn't trust him to work on your car or do any business with him. At all. read more

Had several bad experiences in the past with this mechanic involving poor quality work that required costly repairs a short time later. Once my car broke down in the middle of nowhere and I had to pay a hefty fee for emergency towing and repair, not to mention the inconvenience. Would NOT recommend as this seems to be a pattern for this business, judging by other recent reviews. read more

Leo came to my house to change my car's battery so I didn't have to leave my house, and I'm 100% happy with his service. He's very responsive to texts and calls, and didn't talk me into sale or anything like that at all. He was very nice, polite, and clear about what he was doing. He called back to check and make sure the car was doing fine after a week or so. And he speaks perfect English, so I'm not sure what the other bad review was talking about. I'm definitely recommending Leo to anyone in needs. Thank you, Leo, for a beautiful job done. read more

No-show, no call, after confirming appointment. I called, got a call back from Leo. We discussed the issue, and he gave me a window of time in which to expect him, which he later confirmed via text message. After that, nothing. He never showed, and never called to cancel, and calls to him went straight to voicemail, and were never returned. read more

This man Leandro Burgess (Burgues) installed a starter on my car wrong, also wrong size and now I can't even get in contact with him. He is a scammer and do not work with him!!!! Based on the reviews, it seems like he is someone great to work with but for whatever reason he thought, he could scam and get over on me please do not choose him!!! And then he sends a fake message !!!! Look below read more

This guy is a scam artist do not go to him, took my battery replaced it with a dead used/old battery, (none working dead battery) and even took off the logo so I couldn't see, funny enough I took out own my battery because it was to heavy for him to lift. After doing so and getting payment, he said he would return to get me up and running, then completely avoided and not answer any calls! And when answered gave bs excuses! Cherry on top is I was told to go fuck myself and blocked when I asked for my money back! read more

Leo is absolutely the best mechanics ever. I have no idea how cars work but somehow he explained everything in a way that was just perfectly understandable. It seems like he can do this every time but obviously I'm not sure as I only dealt with him once. Pricing is super competitive. He worked with me on his original price. Feel free to ask me if you have any more questions about my experience. read more

Leo is the best!!! My go-to guy, he always responds quickly, even if he's busy he'll still let me know when he is available to come by. So incredibly knowledgeable and can diagnose an issue on the spot. He had great warranties and his prices are fair. He has fixed and replaced my battery and handled all my check engine lights for me. I have never written a review for a business before, so please take me very seriously when I say: Don't even waste your time. I called Saturday night around 4:30pm and was able to speak with Leo. I explained to him what was up with my car and Leo told me he'd be here around 6-7pm. Great, perfect. A few minutes before 7 he calls and tells me he'd gotten caught up with a customer and apologizes. No big deal, I understand mechanic work is sometimes unpredictable and can take a while. Leo goes on to tell me that he can come tonight between 8-9 to diagnose and then return in the morning to make the repair, or he says that since I live so close to their home office, he can make me a priority and make sure that he comes straight to me in the morning, between 9am-12pm. I live in a sketchy neighborhood and didn't want to be working on the car after dark so I agreed to have him come through in the morning. So then today. 12pm comes and goes without a word. I finally called around 12:20. Leo tells me he's swamped with other calls and he can come between 2-5 and again tells me he'll make me a priority. I tell him I'm confused because he assured me last night that he would make me his very first stop since I was right by the office. He just kind of apologized again and told me he'd make it between 2 and 5 and that I could look for other options if I wanted but that he would be here soon. So I said fine and waited. It is now 6:25pm as I am typing this, I have called him 6 times and left 2 text messages and I haven't had a single call or text back, and his voicemail is full and not accepting messages. Now, listen. I get it. It's Sunday and most mechanic shops aren't even open, and on top of that, it's Father's Day. Leo told me he was the only mechanic on duty today. So I understand that he was busy and that it was chaos; but he didn't have to assure me he would get to me first thing this morning, and at the absolute least he could have had the courtesy to call and let me know that he was running behind or that he wasn't going to make it. He could have told me when I called yesterday, or this morning, that he was just too busy to take any other clients on and I could have had the time to look elsewhere. Instead he kept pushing my time further back and strung me along making me wait on him, and then he just ghosted me. Thank you guys for wasting an entire day of my time with the actual worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Wow. read more

Competition?? You don't have any because you're not a competent mechanic. You couldn't even perform a diagnostic to correctly determine the issue with my car. Then stole a part under the guise of going to purchase a new one to replace it. And you're response is indicative of the fact that you've done this to other people. read more

Leo took my car and took time out of his day to give me a real, honest answer, he didn't try to just make money off of me. He told me the truth. I trust this guy! Would highly recommend read more

Fantastic experience!! Car broke as hubby was pulling into the LAX parking lot. I called first thing and had Leo on standby for when my hubby returned. During the phone call he was very knowledgeable, polite and pleasant to chat with. He showed up on time and was patient and easy to work with given my husband's unpredictable schedule. Upon arrival to fix the car, he was once again polite, knowledgeable, HONEST and personable. He had the car fixed in no time! We are very happy to have found Leo! And will definitely use him again! read more

SCAM ARTIST PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. Has at least started 2-3 (at min.) business pages on Google because me and my fiance gave him wonderful reviews the first time he worked on our vehicle back in December and now those reviews are nowhere to be seen or any of the old reviews from 2021 so clearly he gets bad reviews and then deletes his business page and then starts a new one. SUPER SKETCHY. he was super unprofessional he said that he would work on our car that day and then just ghosted us and never responded again. we had previously used his services in December and he ended up putting a used starter in our BMW and he did not fully put the battery back in place so it was completely loose our regular mechanic said he was surprised that the battery didn't fall out and we've been driving super dangerously. when he said he got his parts used from scrap yards I was hesitant but I thought he knew what he was doing, in was wrong. Our mechanic said he put in extremely terrible faulty used parts in our BMW the worst he bad never seen in a BMW were his exact words. This literally made the car undrivable inn just 2/3 months later. Because of the shoddy used starter he put in the car the car would not turn on whatsoever our mechanic said that we were scammed because the things that he fixed don't go out at the same time as well. super unprofessional and then when we asked questions about the service like did he register our battery when he worked on it he did not bother to respond. read more

Called Leo and asked for help on my car that was stuck in limp mode. Promised he was the best and he'd make sure the car was up and running. Took several days for him to finally send someone out and they charged me $350 for a battery and labor. NEVER RAN A DIAGNOSTIC, but insisted I needed a new transmission mount. The issue wasn't fixed and Leo assured that he'd be out the next day to resolve the issue and that part of the $350 would go towards the next days service fee. Called around 8:30 am the next morning to arrange a time to meet up and he HUNG UP in my face and proceeded to text me "one second". I asked him if he'd be able to come out and assured me he would. A few hours later still had no time arranged and my spouse then reaches out and Leo hangs up on his face and stops all communication with us. He basically came out promising to fix the issue, overcharged for a battery and stop answering my calls. Leo never wanted to fix my car he wanted to scam me. Implied that I harassed him by trying to call and get a time and appointment after paying him. Will be taking to small claims court. Banning someone that you never intended on helping is crazy. I called a hour after you'd still haven't gave me an appointment time but got paid. No excuse for the unprofessionalism displayed read more

Leo was excellent! He went out of his way and even gave an estimate to fix the issues he found. This help me negotiate with the dealer and they made the repairs at no additional charge. He also conducted a re-inspection. Price was excellent read more

My car wasn't starting, and on a Sunday it was difficult to find a mechanic opened and willing to help. When I found Leo, I called and his response time to come over was super quick and was able to get my car fixed in a quick and professional manner. I write this review after hearing about a friend of mine nearly getting in a multi car collision due to their car stalling on the freeway after a mechanical work with this group that turned sour. I find that when working with a costumer, you need to be accountable if the job is not done by either fixing the issue completely or refunding them so they can find another service person to fix it. Leo instead delayed refund payments, only paying small portions a day, later to only pay 2/5 of the sum owed to them, leaving them no means to fully fix the vehicle and now leading to a dangerous event that could have gotten people hurt. I understand it is hard to hear when a job you do is not done correctly, but don't blame the client for your mistakes. they are currently finding a means to get a new car and have been blocked by Leo, avoiding any liability for the damage he caused. I recommend if you decide to run a business, learn to be responsible for your action, not blame people asking for help. read more

Great experience working with Leo! He responded quickly, got to our place on time, inspected the car and replaced our brakes within a couple of hours. Highly recommended! read more

Not satisfied and would not recommend. My car was overheating so I made an appointment to have them come work on it. They charged over $500 and I paid because I thought they had fixed the issue. The next day, my car was overheating again. They came back to work on it and still didn't resolve the issue. So now I'm out $500+ and my car is in worse shape than before. Have since messaged and not received a response. Not impressed. read more

We called Saturday and were told someone would come out the next day (Sunday) to check out the vehicle between 10-1. We texted the information the guy on the phone asked for and got no response.
