When he called, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he became rude because I couldn't suddenly show up at a different time that worked for him. The phone interaction was disrespectful and poorly handled. As a business owner myself, I would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to. Regardless of skill level, professionalism and basic respect matter. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

I paid the service fee for him to come and measure the lock I needed, as well as have him re-key another door. It's now been 3 months that I've been waiting for a simple phone call for someone to call me and say whether or not they will be able to add a lock to our sliding glass door. 3 months and not a single person at Keller Lock & Safe has been able to call me back and let me know if it's possible. Paul is the person who has come to measure twice (both times being hours late) and even when I've gotten ahold of other people, they always direct me back to him saying I need to connect with him to find out if a lock can be installed. I would have called someone else months ago except when he originally came over he broke our door and said he would fix it when he came back the next time. This place is horrible to do business with and terribly unprofessional. STAY AWAY.
