    Lobby is immaculate and minimalistic. Much less chaos then visiting a 'Genius Bar' at an Apple Store.

    Over the last few years, I've brought in numerous Apple devices -- iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks -- and every single time, Mobile Kangaroo has made the process smooth and stress-free. Compared to the Genius Bar, navigating AppleCare here is so much easier and far less of a headache. Christian specifically has taken care of me and my family's devices with outstanding expertise and top-notch customer service. He's always professional, knowledgeable, and ensures everything is handled correctly. Any other staff member I've interacted with has provided the same great insight and service. Genuinely appreciate the consistency and care! I highly recommend Mobile Kangaroo to anyone who needs Apple device support.

    Through a foolish chain of events I found myself with a cracked touch screen. A battery is one thing, but a cracked screen with no haptic on my daily driver phone is a hard stop, so I figured I would give this place and try and see what the price and turnaround time would be... they had my phone ready in an hours time, and at a price that was more than fair for their time, expertise, and simply having the part ready and on-hand for installation.     Initially I gave 4 or 5 stars. It's been a little over a month and I have to change my review to 1…read morestar. I'm so upset with Mohammad now that I can't even call him. He ran a diagnostic test on my iPhone and found that one of my front camera lenses was broken (not found) AND that my battery's capacity is only at 65%. Did he tell me about this? No. I didn't find out until yesterday when I had to pay for a new battery. If Mohammad would've told me about the diagnosis my insurance would've replaced my iPhone with a newer one! But instead, he decided not to say anything. He just replaced my broken screen and sent me on my way; KNOWING that I was about to cancel my insurance. I'm so mad. Do you think they will fix it if I call?
