Sam was there as the commercial realtor for the plant they were working at. During that conversation, my husband asked if Sam also did residential real estate. Sam shared that he did and immediately connected us with two amazing members of his team( honestly probably their best team members), Ron and Angeles. That simple, God-ordained encounter turned into such a blessing for our family. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and well organized. Sam set us up with a personalized website that showed available homes within the areas we were interested in and within our price range. Being able to favorite homes we loved made everything feel easy and efficient. Shortly after, we were contacted by Ron, who met us at the properties along with his wife, Angeles. From the very first introduction, Ron and Angeles were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer every question we had and made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. We toured four properties that day and completely fell in love with a new build that was slightly above what we initially thought we wanted but Ron and Angeles helped guide us through understanding the value, process, and possibilities without ever making us feel pressured. Ron was able to negotiate a deal that worked for us! He and Angeles were 100 percent invested and made magic happen. What truly stood out to us was how much this team genuinely cared. They went above and beyond to advocate for us, communicate clearly, and make sure every detail was handled with care. When I contacted my insurance company to file a claim for a sewer line break under my manufactured home, they contacted Mike Tedder who immediately called me to make an appointment to assess the damage. He discovered that not only was shoddy repair work done by the plumber I originally hired, he also diagnosed a second sewer line break that the previous plumber charged me for but did not detect/repair. The break was not recent; consequently, there was ample evidence of the break that the original plumber should have detected. Additionally, there was water damage to the sub-floor in the first bathroom. Had Mike not found this and corrected it I would have had a much larger problem! As soon as Mike diagnosed the problems he immediately began the repair work which took several days and on two occasions he continued his work into the evening hours! Mike showed me how he diagnosed the problems and he communicated the repairs at each and every step. Mike is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his work and to his customers. I cannot recommend Mike Tedder highly enough and I will definitely rely on him for any repairs in the future!!!

When a management company does not communicate or provide proper transparency, it raises serious concerns about how they conduct business and manage tenant relations. Prospective renters should be aware of these issues, as deposit handling and communication are essential indicators of a reliable and trustworthy property management company. It did explode down the stairs and landed right by me and my daughter by the stairway. It's currently 8/31/22 and we still have a hole in ceiling with insulation and drywall coming down. The ceiling has been wet and there's a huge concern about mold and fiberglass. Also, the air conditioning has been another concern. It went out for about the 5th time. It's left me scrambling to find a house to live in on a few occasions. This last time it was 91 degrees inside my home. There was also the hole and unhealthy situation that I was left in. No compensation, no care about our situation. I finally instructed them that I was leaving. I only had one month left and that I'd just leave now because I can't live this way anymore. All I received from them was how I needed to honor my 30 days notice and how I had to pay my rent and about their rights. Cam is unbelievably rude and disrespectful.
