The first job was rebuilding a balcony, which he did in a single day at an affordable price with expert workmanship. Nick is highly conscientious, dependable, thorough, & honest, & his prices are highly competitive. He also does work that's second to none. As far as pricing goes, I'd rather pay a little more for a top quality job than to pay a bargain price for a job that turned out to be mickey-mouse; i.e., crappy. In the case of the latter, it would only cost more in the long run to have the job re-done the right way. He will not overcharge you. His prices are fair. Instead of merely doing patch-work, Nick filled the two walls with rebar & concrete. Although time-consuming, that is the best way to ensure sturdiness & durability. Then, he added stucco to match the original stucco & matching paint. There isn't any job that DIGN Homes cannot do, & I give you my word that you will be thoroughly satisfied with the results. MY RATING OF HIS WORK: From 1 to 10 with 10 being best, I give DIGN Homes a 10+, which is as good as a AAA+ rating.

Only concern was that I had to go outside when I heard them yelling for me. Then, standing at the crawl space opening, I listened to them asking me to step/jump on areas around my floor. Using walkie talkies would have been easier, one for them and one for me. The job was done for the price quoted. I would hire DIGN again.

They came out with a crew of 5. They did the inspection, I guess. There was a skunk smell and they did not locate the problem. They did locate a plumbing leak, which I fixed after they left. They took pictures of my supports, and said some were deteriorating concrete and that I needed to add 5 more supports to the tune of several hundred dollars. They said my AC/Heating ducts needed sealing and did that for another couple hundred dollars. They did not recommend leveling because they said it would probably cause interior structural damage. They said a major problem was the axle was left on the frame causing too much weight on it. Subsequently, everyone I talked with says the axle was left on the frame of their mobile. They quoted me over 2 thousand dollars to fix the underbelly, not even replacing it. This is for a 70' single wide mobile. I spent over 1 thousand dollars, and don't feel any of it was worthwhile. They also don't deal with attached porches, and we needed that leveled also. The crew lead man was pleasant, but seemed most interested in what he could sell me that the crew could quickly do with little work while there. I will not use them again.
