Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Place is owned by the same people that damaged my Vehicle at their Lake Stevens Location!
I had my complaint sent on to the owner over two months ago, and so far no response at all. Read their mistakes below. I came in for a simple oil change.
1. They failed to recognize I have a 6.8 V10, and instead listed my Ford E350 Motorhome as a 5.4 V8 on the paperwork. I guess they did not enter in the VIN Number, nor pay attention to the actual engine or sticker in the engine bay which states it is a 6.8l V10
2. They told me they filled my tires properly, but they were obviously not at all checked, as my tires have 65lbs front, and 80lbs rear (it's a 10 ply truck tire!) and they noted they filled them all to 35lbs all around.
3. Air filter could not have been checked, as is indicated on the Express Lube paperwork, as it was filthy when it was checked at Bucky's, and I had them replace it.
4. They told me I had dirty differential fluid and said it was easy to change. They replaced it with 80-90 and not the required Synthetic. They didn't even entirely drain the fluid (it was still really dirty when Bucky's checked it, and smelled funny to them which tipped Bucky's off that something was wrong). Plus, it was not even filled full! This caused my Differential to fail just over 1000 miles later at a cost of $2700 to totally replace it at AAMCO
I called and spoke to the manager at their Lake Steven location, Brian Pflomm-Pantuso, and he had me send him all the paperwork showing their mistakes to his personal email address, as he would not give me the email address or contact information for the owner. He has not followed up, nor followed through on solving the situation. Found out later that the owner's name is Kevin McCallister, who will not return my calls at all. Kevin McCallister lives in a $1M plus house on the lake and evidently got to that point by screwing his clients. read more
