I think that…read morethe machine machines do a decent job of cleaning your car and what I've always liked is that the vacuum is really strong and gets the job done in a short amount of time. However, I will no longer be returning because their employees are incredibly disrespectful to customers. I get it, it's a car wash so I'm not expecting five star service, but I'm also not expecting to be actively disrespected and treated as if I'm an annoyance for just being there. When I came up to the kiosk to pay one of their employees came over and just kind of stared at me as I was trying to pay. He didn't say hi or greet me or in any way offer help. He just stared and watched it as I did it. Creepy. I didn't ask for any help or wave him over so I have no idea why he came over to my car as I was paying at the kiosk. Once I selected my car wash, I was about to pay and he started doing annoying things like tapping the area to indicate that I needed to tap my credit card there. I can read and I don't really need you to babysit me at the kiosk. The tab didn't work so then he tapped on the part of the chaos where you can insert your credit card. Again, he hasn't even said a word to me. He's just tapping with his finger as if I'm not even a human being that he can talk to. I inserted it and it doesn't work. He then sighs and shakes his head as if he's my parent and I'm his child that he scolding. I called him out immediately and I said "why are you shaking your head?" He mumbled something and then just backed off and went behind a wall so that I could no longer ask him questions. It's obvious that he thought he could add in these little nonverbal cues to show his annoyance without any consequences. He clearly thought I wasn't gonna call him out on it. I drove through the car wash and then afterwards confronted him and said that it was incredibly disrespectful for him to shake his head and tap his finger at me that entire time. He first acted as if he had no clue what I was talking about, and then switched stories and said it was because he was busy helping other customers, and I was taking too long. I was literally the only one in my lane. What other customer could he possibly be needing to rush off to help? Even if I was delaying him that doesn't mean it's OK to tap it things at me instead of talking to me and then sigh and shake your head as if you're just so smart and you just hate how customers are so stupid. It's really evident that they don't respect their customers here, they've increased their prices regularly every single year so it's really not worth going anymore. One day he's gonna tap his finger and shake his head at the wrong person.

I went left, parked and raised my frustration regarding that. This second girl was apologetic and explained that nothing was on my car so that's why they didnt know I was for detail. I guess thats a standard because how would she know what is and is not on my car when she never saw it. She attempted to help me, but ultimately more miscommunication and i was charged incorrectly. The first girl who wouldn't let me turn right came over to refund and charge me. Didn't care for her attitude nor her lack of apology. Work somewhere else if thats how you interact with people. Had to point out multiple spots that were missed during my wash and detail as well.

Conveniently close to home, I've never had a reason to go anywhere else tbh. I appreciate that they always hand dry your car afterwards too, as opposed to just relying on the dryer. You know car wash dryers don't ever dry your car thoroughly enough. Also appreciate the fact that they provide you with free vacuums and there's no time limit. That doesn't mean hog it all to yourself though as there're only 3 vacuums lol. All in all, real unbeatable prices and service here. Again, not your superb detail shop, but decent for biweekly car wash needs. Protect these guys at all costs. And y'all, please don't forget to tip them! I barely sat down and hadn't even gotten my laptop out to work yet. Came out and asked "that was fast. How much?" And he said $75. I was like "what? You guys did 10 minute of work" and he said "2 guys worked on it". Changed my card for 76 dollars. Came out to find the carpet was still dirty, it was still dusty in places, vents weren't cleaned all the way. I ended up coming home and detailing it myself. This place only opens at 6am and closes around 11pm. Its not one of those gas stations that stays open all night. Their self serve pumps are all turned off. Overall, their tire air machines are always working and their market place is legit. Friendly customer service Drum Roll why this gas station is top notch... The restroom is super clean!!!
