The gas here is affordable, this location is quite busy but people are getting in & out fairly quickly. Lately the newer male cashiers have been very kind as well. Anyone notice or feel like they got shorted or not as much as they paid for ? I put in 8 gallons in my v6 Hybrid with 4 miles to empty and after had 107 mile range so 8 gallons is only 100 miles on my tank? That's only 12.5 miles per gallon and I'm almost positive my car gets over 18. Something isn't adding up here or maybe it's my car. Anyone else ? read more

Very poor service. Air pump broken. Takes more air out than puts in. Ask for assistance, receive peanuts and lack of concern.

I would give zero stars if I could. The idiot behind the counter put my money in the wrong pump. Another customer pumped my gas. The other customer came in and even tried to help me get it resolved and they refused to do anything. Horrible service. Horrible attitudes. Very disrespectful towards the nice lady customer that got my gas. Luckily she was nice entitled Zelle me directly. No thanks to the idiots that work there. Arci In Anahiem Street is really nice now. Was improved so much better. Place look really good. Arci nextvto tommy burgers. Inside is super cool looking now. Looks like really different. Gas prices still a good deal for the area. I like the fact that this gas station has nice staff friendly and helpful great service. I like to come here. Like I said is nicer that most Arco out there. The lady that works at this Arco is not nice. She's on the phone the entire time , she didn't tell me my total. She doesn't speak to you. Doesn't look at you. Has extremely bad attitude. Talks on the phone while checking people out. Do not buy Juul products here! Every time I buy from here the device is broken. I have yet to buy a device that has worked. they won't charge, my guess is they are old and have been sitting too long. I am an Black male, I was denied access to free water and air for my vehicle. Being told I need to make a purchase outside of gas to get the air turned on. Then a Hispanic male came to get the air turned on right after me with no hesitation. All gas is the same, despite all the marketing tactics of different oil companies, in the end all companies purchase their gasoline from a single supplier. Arco is usually the lowest prices around, usually 5 cents to 10 cents cheaper than the competition. I like this Arco, since it's family-owned and the owners are nice folks, having to deal with all the homeless people asking for a hand-out. However, the owners are so nice, that they allow homeless people to rummage through their garage. read more

I just had a great experience with them today. I needed to get my car smog checked and I had a low tire pressure warning light on the dash board lit up. Sonny, the mechanic, took me immediately as a drop in. I explained that I thought it was the spare tire because I had checked the others and it is on the sensors. My spare is one of those where you have to lower it by a crank in the trunk and it drops down to the ground - very awkward to get to. He checked all the tires, lowered, checked, and returned the spare, and did the smog check all in about a half an hour. He only charged me for the smog check - no charge for the tires, which actually took more time than the smog check!! He was very pleasant. I often get my gas there because they have good prices, but I will make a point of going to them in the future!! read more

Went to this gas station to get air for my tires. The attendant refused to give me air unless I bought something. This was a straight violation of the California law that mandates that air and water be given to all persons free of charge. I pointed this out to the attendant and he advised me to complain to the government about it. So I made a complaint to the better business bureau. read more

gas is gas is gas... and arco is awesome because it is the cheapest around. this one is less than a mile away from my place. the owners and workers are really nice here! it's pretty itty bitty inside, like smaller than my bedroom... but they have a way larger selection of gatorade than 7-11 as i've noticed on my drives to kickboxing while getting gas. they have a smog check and oil station but i have never used either of those services. one star off for not accepting credit cards... only atm or cash. cheap asses! read more

Arco gas is what it is, but the family who run this station do a good job; in particular this review is for the service station. You can probably scout around and find a cheaper oil change, but I take cars here with confidence that I won't be ripped off and that my car will be treated well. I've been here for oil changes, smog checks, and other minor things and have been pleased with the work. This is a small shop so they might ask you to comeback another time when busy, but if you're not in a rush give this place a shot. read more

Works well for me. Goid price and the store is food. Sometimes a line inside the store and line for the pumps. Card readers work most of the time. Gas pumps can be a little slow sometimes. But most of the rime its ok ! read more

5 stars for honesty and integrity! Bought gas here 6PM, couldn't find my wallet later that night, phoned the station, it was closed, left a msg. Got a phone call 6AM for me to come get it. Sonny ID'd me, made sure that everything was still in it, declined my offer of a reward. Was so impressed by him, that I insisted he take all but $20 of the cash in the wallet, he got $37, which he certainly deserved. Thanks again Sonny! We buy all our gas at Arco stations if possible, and have had cars go 200,000 miles with no fuel problems.
