Derval is great! Always a good job and kind to my dog Manolo, watching out where to spray so he's safe :)

Derval is great, on time, professional and thorough. He's been coming monthly and our bug problem has been eliminated

Derval and the whole team are the best. Always on time, knowledgeable, kind and thorough.

Efficient, professional, and solution oriented, and the pest issue was eliminated. Jonathan communicated in a very timely manner . I recommend this company for all your pest needs relating to bugs, mice and rats. Thank you MMPC read more

Requested service over a message. Was contacted in a timely manner. Got an appointment for the following day. Mr Luiggi did a great job providing me with information to prevent further issues. He brought a variety of tools to address the pest control concerns I was having. High value organization. Will recommend to anyone as the go to for pest control. read more

derval is great! Always give good service and make sure our building is fully taken care of

We've had a problem with a rat for a minute; this POS made a hole in the wall and when I tried to block his only entrance spot he started chewing on the wood I used to block it. I called MMPC and they sent someone within a day (there was a snow problem in NYC so they ended up not being able to come on the same day, otherwise they would have). Anyways the issue was resolved in like 6 hours. So great. read more

We had Jonah visit our place due to concern for rat infestation in the yard. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about anything related to rats! He was able to quickly and thoroughly assess the situation to determine that we did not currently have an infestation which was a relief. Apparently rats came by and decided not to stay. He was able to give us tips about how to prevent future incidents and set protective traps for our peace of mind. Hopefully we won't need to, but if we have any future concerns we won't hesitate to call him. read more

MMPC sent a pest control expert to assess the moth problem. Instead of selling their services, he advised us about how to mitigate the situation and to check back with him in two weeks. We very much appreciated that we were not pressured. read more

I reached out to MMPC Pest Solutions on a Saturday morning at 11am, based on their positive Yelp reviews. Jonathan reached back out to me within half an hour and gave me some tips on how to take a better, less blurry photo of the tiny, suspiciously bed-bug-looking insect I'd found. He was friendly and helpful in going back and forth with me to review the photos, and ultimately determined it is likely not a bed bug but gave me some valuable suggestions for traps and things to look out for. I'll definitely reach back out to him if the issue continues but I greatly appreciate the time he took to help me figure this out! read more

Derval is the best in the business!! 100% recommend. Thank you for always taking care of us!

I found a roach in my cabinet on Tuesday and freaked out. But luckily I knew what to do. I called MMPC to schedule a treatment and assessment. Jonah came by, on time, by Friday, found the roach (destroy that jerk) and treated all other possible entry points. As a woman, it's really important to me to find sympathetic and respectful services and MMPC has great techs- patient, informative, explained all the chemicals they were using, how long to keep away my pets, how often to call for routine treatment, etc. I hate roaches, but I love knowing that the best treatment for finding a roach is to give MMPC a call! (I also find the online payment system secure and easy). read more

derval was so helpful and reassuring about our pest problem. he was quick and efficient.

MMPC helped me remove a raccoon from my basement. Diego was punctual, professional, and reassuring. He explained the approach, communicated throughout the process, and left with the job completed. Diego was knowledgeable on the behaviors of wildlife which helped in locating and humanely capturing the animal. He also ensured the exhaust vent entry point was secured to prevent any further critters from entering. I would highly recommend MMPC for any pest needs. read more

Derval is amazing! Service lasts a very long time, haven't seen any bugs! Highly recommend

Samuel arrived on time and immediately began to assess our property's vulnerabilities to rat incursions. he took the time to listen as I explained our history with pest control and responded with a variety of solutions. he explained the pros and cons of each solution and how they work in the short term and long term to manage and reduce rat incursions. Samuel was professional, courteous, and efficient with our limited time. recommended! read more

They did a thorough job checking out my mother's house for openings where mice can enter. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and he documented all the possible entry points in a report. He laid down bait and sticky traps in the kitchen (where I had seen mice) and other places that showed evidence of mice activity. Overall I was satisfied with their services but they are more expensive than other outfits. I wanted a monthly maintenance plan but it was too expensive. read more

Extremely thorough, professional and detail oriented. Highly recommend their services.

MMPC responded to me within one day of my writing this review. With great accountability, they offered a refund for the evaluation visit and an interest in how the process had gone. Definitely appreciated! We all want to see honest and accountable small businesses do well. read more

2025 has been a particularly bad year for rodents in my apartment. I had MMPC sealproof my kitchen a week ago and haven't had mice or droppings since then. (Knock on wood!) My downstairs neighbor continues to suffer, so how about that for an A/B test! Other companies do sealproofing work that is usually sloppy, ugly, and ineffective. Manny from MMPC came by and spent a solid chunk of time doing extremely high-quality work. The craftsmanship of the steel mesh and cement that was deployed throughout my kitchen cabinetry is worth appreciation in and of itself. The way he cut through the mesh to fit it snugly and seamlessly over my plumbing is a wonder. The fact that it actually works to keep out rodents is icing on the cake. Get the good stuff with MMPC. read more

Worst communication skills for a company that I have ever seen. Only thing they care about is your money not to actually solve your pest problem. I had asked for three times for a long term solution on a financial budget I kept being told the proposal is still being worked on and then the last time I called management had changed so the supervisor by the name of Joy was promoted to a higher position and my problem was put on the back burner for over 4 months. I canceled my services but I felt I had to warn any future customers do not put your money in this company. They genuinely do not care. read more

Great Response! We had a sudden infest of small unusual flies on our kitchen walls and ceiling and could not figure out what these list flies were. I took some pics and sent them in, and the next day I had an explanation and options for treatments! You just cant ask for better service! Thank you! read more

Communication was great and they came earlier than their expected window. I would recommend them to other people in need

They are a godsend. I sent them pictures of what I was afraid were bedbugs, and they got back to me right away with personalized service. They explained in detail why they the bugs I had were not bedbugs, even asked for more pictures to be sure. They also had abatement services for the (less horrible) pest I did have. They were not only professional and thorough, but kind and understanding. Thanks to MMPC, I won't be abandoning my home and belongings and fleeing to a sterile bunker in a blind panic. read more

MMPC was great - they were timely, thorough, and well organized and their team was truly lovely to work with. The price is definitely expensive but I am hopeful it will be worth it ! Unfortunately when they dug up my yard to place the steel mesh, they discovered that the developer had buried some construction debris in it so when they left, I was left to figure out how to quickly dispose of that pile as the tech warned me that it would be a rat's dream. It would be great if they had an option to help with unforeseen circumstances like this one as I've learned since researching a solution, it can be quite common in the city ! read more

I'm a bit late leaving this review, but life's been busy! I live in an old building in new york city and had some issues with my place. Even months later, every time I see their work i can't help but feel so proud. it's super clean, precise, and just beautifully done. I hesitated at first because the price, but after hearing about the quality of materials and their finishing methods i knew this was the place to go. I've tried cheaper options before but the materials never held up and always looked worn or damaged. Here, everything was done professionally, flawlessly, and with such care. it's absolutely worth every penny. Arthur, who I communicated with was amazing. super kind, patient, and always ready to answer my endless questions! He explained every step in detail and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. Kenny, the technician who did the actual work, was incredible.. super friendly, extremely thorough, and completely meticulous! so impressed. every detail was perfectly executed.months later it still looks flawless! I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend! read more

Derrick came out and did our inspection, and gave us so much peace of mind. He really took his time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure we felt completely comfortable before he left. And even his communication after the inspection regarding next steps/the state of things has been absolutely stellar. Any apartment we live in from here forward, we'll make sure to use MMPC for any pest concerns, because of how great our experience with Derrick has been. read more

After months of dealing with mice and cockroaches, we were desperate to feel like the problem is fully resolved. Samuel came on time and did a full sweep of our apartment, educating us as he went along on the areas we needed sealed. He also cleaned every area impacted by the mice after fixing them, which was a great help. Just as important - He was extremely polite and considerate of our space. We finally feel like we have our apartment back and it's all thanks to him! :) read more

I thought at first that they were so expensive. But the bugs are gone, which is what I wanted. Both techs were thorough, professional, careful, nice to talk with, they explained everything, including how insect killing works, they were understanding, and got the job done. I have not seen one roach in my apartment in months. I waited to see if any would re-appear, but I am bug-free. I am very grateful, because I have a cat who is a night eater. Even that has not made them come back. The treatment was worth the money. If I ever have a pest problem again, I will call MMPC. Ask for Jonah and Rubin. read more

Diego was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He took my situation seriously and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Unlike many service providers, he didn't just do the bare minimum--he took the time to explain everything to me, answer all my questions, and ensure I fully understood the process. He was always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving my problem. From the start, this was a particularly tricky situation. We didn't even know what type of animal we were dealing with at first, only that there were loud footsteps in the ceiling, so we had to try raccoon traps and squirrel traps before narrowing it down. On top of that, since the animals were in the basement ceiling, setting traps was a major challenge because of the tight spacing. Diego didn't let any of these hurdles slow him down. A blink motion camera determined it was squirrels inside and afterwards he thoroughly searched the perimeter of the house to eventually discover a hidden entry point near the air conditioning unit. After meshing it up the first time, the squirrels chewed through the bottom part to get around it and back inside. Instead of calling it a day, Diego returned again, reinforcing the entire area with a second round of meshing to completely eliminate their access. One of the things that stood out the most was his responsiveness. He gave me his personal number and responded to my texts quickly, even outside of normal work hours. That level of dedication is rare and made all the difference in this experience. He also made multiple visits without hesitation, showing real commitment to getting the job done right. If you ever need help, Diego is the person you want to work with. I can't recommend him highly enough read more

I called them and got a same day appointment for an estimate. Manny, came to do my consultation. He was professional, kind, thorough and intelligent. If I owned my apartment versus renting, I would 100% do all the things they recommended because I know they are right but the price wasn't reasonable only because I don't plan to stay at my place long term. I would definitely recommend them. read more

My son found a bug in his bed and I immediately think bed bugs and start going into panic mode , googling and trying to figure out what this bug was . Everything online was pointing to bed bugs. I sent a picture over to this company because on their site they list bug identification as a service. Within 20 min Brenda responded and identified it as a flour beetle. No where online did flour beetle come up as possibility. Immediately I was so relieved and didn't have to wait long at all stressing over nothing. Thanks Brenda you are amazing. I highly recommend this company. read more

They don't stand behind their work. I found them on yelp, they had good reviews, I suggested them to my daughter. She hired them. They verbally told her they had a month & a half guarantee. She hired them, they sprayed for roaches. She continued to see bugs & they told her to hire them again at a reduced rate for a stronger bug spray. She hired them again. 5 days later she is still seeing bugs. When she inquired about the guarantee they sent her emails that there are no guarantees. They suggested she hire them every 3 weeks & pay them every 3 weeks to spray for bugs, which makes no sense because they are not good at what they do. I know she should have gotten the guarantee in writing, she is young & learning the hard way. No matter how you look at this, this is very shady to do to customers. read more

I have used MMPC multiple times and they are always excellent and deliver results. Jonah was the technician who helped me today and he was extremely thorough, even more so than other technicians I've worked with. He pulled out the gas range and fridge to show me holes/gaps where roaches are coming in. He was also extremely professional and kind! Would recommend Jonah to anyone struggling with pests! read more
