Last year we decided to remodel the kitchen and downstairs flooring. We saw an add in the OC Register for "July savings" on a kitchen remodel. On a fluke, my husband and I took a drive out to the store and met Mike. He was extremely friendly, polite, and made us feel very comfortable. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out the next evening to look at the house and give us an estimate. Mike walked us through the process step by step. He was genuine in his comments and recommendations. He wasn't in a rush and took the time to answer all of our questions. Mike called us the next day with the estimate and a computer generated design. We couldn't believe the price! We would have done this earlier if we'd have only known. Mike scheduled our job 3 weeks out. We actually only had to wait a week as he had a team available to start almost immediately. And true to his word...the entire kitchen was remodeled from top to bottom and almost the entire downstairs floors were redone with new flooring in less than 4 days. It was amazing to see his crews come in and out in such an intricate routine. Mike demonstrated his personal touch by stopping by our house at various times during the remodel to make sure everything was okay and to ask if we had any questions. The workmanship and professionalism of Mike's team was refreshing. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after each day's work. I have spoken to many friends and colleagues about this adventure that we experienced. My husband and I were 100% satisfied from the beginning to the end. All we can say is HAPPY! We needed an upgraded kitchen and extension with a tight budget. We were on vacation in the summer and decided lets take some time and look into getting our kitchen done and maybe floors.Yelp and others sites reviews have really helped us in the past for making choices based on others past experiences.. We were previous customers from the 90's when MMM was on Orangethorpe and remember the great experience we had then. The new location was right down the street from us. We walked in his new location and was pleasantly surprised to see how big his showroom was and did recognize Mike. We had planned on going to other locations for estimates and once we were there knew there was no need. There was no pushy sales and every cost was upfront. Our kitchen was measured and price quoted the same day. The price was so reasonable we added the laminate wood flooring to our living room. He said the entire kitchen would be done in 4 days. We were a little in disbelief because it was basically gutting my kitchen and a small extension and flooring. They had it ready in 3 days. Keep in mind the plumbing and electric work is separate. Mike, the owner, and his crew did an excellent job completing their part of our kitchen renovation (demolition and installation of cabinets/countertops/backsplash/sink). We were extremely pleased with the customer service we received from both Mike personally and his workers. Mike gave us a very reasonable price for the project (compared to other places we checked) and we love the way he designed the kitchen for us. He was very approachable and responsive throughout the process. The workers completed everything competently and efficiently within a period of 2 days only. I felt safe with them in my home and even felt comfortable leaving to run errands while they were still working inside. A few days after they finished, we did notice that a couple of cabinets could use very minor alignment adjustment. We contacted Mike and he himself came out promptly to check and sent his main worker to follow-up and make the necessary adjustments. Everything is working great! Wonderful, just wonderful. Mike helped me turn my 1954 kitchen into a up to date and functional using kitchen. His prices were great and the service was very fast, I did not have to give him keys to my house for 3 weeks like another company wanted me to do while I was at work. Mike advised this could be done in 4 days and it was. He added a few more things, like a glass window cabinet for my crystal. Mike was very honest and answered all my concerns and explained the process through out the destruction and construction. Mike helped and compare the handles which would be the perfect accent. Mike and his crew were amazing. Our kitchen had not been touched since we moved in back in 1986. Who gets a new kitchen and 3 bathrooms in 3 days? I did! When I tell people how much I paid and the short time it took they can't believe it! The high-end result looks like I paid so much more and had contractors in my house for weeks! Mike and his design team created my "dream kitchen" that is jaw dropping awesome and looks just like it came out of a magazine! From start to finish, Mike was always available to answer all my questions and concerns to insure I got more than I expected, and I did! Oh, oh, the neighbors will be jealous. We just had MMM Kitchen and Flooring redo our kitchen and lay down new laminate flooring throughout our house. This place now looks like a million dollars!! What I like best about Mike is he is a real straight shooter. When he says he will do something he does. He is direct and upfront and I like that. The only small issue we had is we needed some plumbing changes done and Mike does not offer that. Finding and scheduling a contractor for the plumbing was a hassle but worked out fine in the end. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen cabinets and beautiful countertops! Mike was very helpful and did an amazing job helping me plan the layout. The installers came on time, did a great job and were very nice and respectful. Not only was the price $20K less than the nearest quote, but there are a lot of nice features like pull out shelves, a spice cupboard, a lazy Susan and a corner cabinet that weren't included in the other quote. Get this! They started the job on Wednesday and finished it on Saturday- four days!! My biggest regret is not having Mike do my hardwood floors too. Had a great experience with MMM Kitchen & Flooring. Mike was great to work with and definitely kept to his promise of completing the job in a week. Got a quote on June 1st and I mean while he came to our house for the first visit he did his measurements and gave us a quote right then and there. Had a drawing to approve in less than 48 hours. They started demo on June 11th. Same day as demo our cabinets began being installed and finished installing the next day. June 14th our counters and backsplash were installed. 3 days total!!! Mike went above and beyond to make sure that our kitchen remodel and flooring throughout our home was done in a timely manner and that we were completely satisfied. Everything looks beautiful! We had some minor push backs with other work being done and Mike and his crews were flexible and understanding.
