He was very knowledgeable about the various options and after hearing all of his excellent considerations, pros and cons, we opted for a modern boiler comparable in BTUs to what the home had before. 2. Before the install day: He came by to measure the sq footage for the boiler sizing and reconfirm the measurements and materials he would need based on what he had noted during our initial meeting. 3. Installation: He and his team were working round the clock to remove the old boiler and install the new one. They were detailed in ensuring that all piping and seams were sealed and properly connected. The initial timeline was for 2 days, but it took a little longer given the system was so old and had so many unique issues. I really appreciated them working so hard on the project. Added together, I think it was about 4 or 5 days. They also discovered additional problems with the system, like valves that were malfunctioning, and replaced components to ensure the system worked safely. The additional work for those problems were all reasonably priced and anything more extreme he would discuss before addressing. Throughout the whole experience Xavier and his team were very professional and transparent with what they were doing, and were always around to answer all of my questions and talk through their process.
