Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. Then before he left, he thought to give it one last check and the handle broke. It wasn't his fault but he felt so responsible. I am temporarily laid up with a broken ankle and really depend on that bath. Mark had the part shipped overnight so he could get things working right. He certainly did not have to go that extra mile. If you're looking for a plumber who will treat your home as it was his own, Mark is the guy. He's prompt, knowledgeable, conscientious and honest.
