But the workers all know me by look and if I haven't been in for a few days, they ask me how life is going haha. They are VERY quick to scan your packages and get you on with your day. My only issue is the parking can be a pain, especially during the lunch hours because there are many restaurants (but this isn't their fault, I'm just saying to adjust what time you go). I usually never go around 11:30-12:30 because you can't get a parking spot. Great customer service!

Honestly, it really just shows the lack of that person's ability to ask a question before they spend money. Yes, $3 for one page of printing might sound expensive, but it is actually the going rate. I can attest to that because I was at a UPS store in Sterling last week and that is how much it was, $3. If you think it's too expensive, buy yourself a printer and stop complaining, sir. Onto my experience today, these guys are always wonderful, always have a big smile on their face, and it just makes me feel amazing every time I walk out of postal plus Herndon. It's one of those businesses that I think are an integral part of Herndon. Annnnnd, they gave me a chocolate Support Postal Plus!

I am disappointed with my experience at this mail center. A couple of weeks ago, I visited to…read moreinquire about notary services and was told by an employee that the notarization would be free. Based on that information, I returned with my documents to have them notarized. After the notarization was completed, I was informed that there was a $10 fee. Had I been told about the charge during my initial visit, I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether to proceed. Instead, I was given inaccurate information and only learned of the fee after the service had already been performed. The issue is not the $10 itself, but the lack of clear and consistent communication. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided by staff, especially regarding pricing. Being quoted one price--or in this case, no charge at all--and then being charged afterward creates confusion and undermines trust.
