It was getting late in the evening and the closest UPS store closes at 7 so I opted to venture to my next closest store which happened to be the Junction Plaza store #6862 (4.5 miles from my home). Stephen and Gavin were very friendly and welcoming (unexpected). My problem was I had three boxes but Amazon only gave me labels. Stephen quickly came up with a solution since I did not get the help I needed from Amazon after 3 calls. He combined my items into 1 box and only charged me for the new box which saved me lugging the heavy boxes back home. Did I mention that they closed at 730? They stayed and made sure I was taken care of before leaving. From now on, I will make the drive to get all of my shipping needs taken care of. Stephen and Gavin, you have a customer for life. I again look at the store receipt and to my horror I see one of the tracker duplicated. I called UPS customer service (absolutely useless, btw) and they said to check with the store. I went back to the store and the person just casually said that the second package would be considered lost since it's a duplicate tracker.She had the ballz to say that its my fault for not checking the receipt before leaving the store. She offered no help in even an attempt to search for missing box. Looks like I'm not going back to this store, SMH!

Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO. There were no customers in the store. I did not have the Amazon information handy. I had three items to return. The WIFi was slow and it took time to retrieve the Q codes of the first two items. But, I could not find in the Amazon email the third Qcode. I apologize a few times for not been ready and offered to wait. But instead he was dismissive and spoke rudely to me.
