I don't like writing reviews like this one, however, its' not only well deserved, but I also feel a moral obligation at this point to save others from using their services. If you find this review, I hope you are simply in the process of doing your due diligence and researching these folks you're contemplating doing business with. In short, be forewarned and don't let this review be an "I told you so". I manage a space in in D.C., in which one of the members was hosting an event. In an attempt to lure folks to the event, the member hired Regal Limousine to provide a classic car to sit outside as an added aesthetic. A day or two after the event took place, a member of my staff noticed an important item missing from the front desk. Together, we proceeded to retrace the camera footage from that night and happened to recognize the individual that scooped up this item; hiding it directly under her coat and briskly walking out the front door after peering around to ensure no one noticed her theft. It was undeniably the representative from Regal Limousine. Being as gracious as we could, we reached out to her supervisor (I believe him to be the owner) and did not incriminate her right away. We simply relayed the message that if the representative did "accidentally" scoop something up, she should return it to our building. No harm, no foul. However, (consistent with other reviews) both the supervisor and the representative flat out denied theft of any sort and even got defensively angry when we graciously reached out for this item back. At that point, we had no choice other than to play hardball and send the incriminating video footage of this individual blatantly stealing items from the property. Guess what? This representative denied it a second time! After having a good laugh about this and nearly two hours later, the representative from Regal Limousine magically "found" the item in her belongings. POOF! Just like that, it had magically appeared amongst her things and she was shipping it back to our building. Problem solved for us! But, word of advice to the owner/acting manager: If a representing employee of your organization is caught red handed in a theft (WHILE on company time mind you) just apologize next time and ensure it won't happen again. All we expected was our item returned and a quick apology owning that your employee, in fact, acted moronically and untruthfully, reflecting a lack of integrity on Regal Limousine. If you had issued an apology, I wouldn't even care to write this, but, you didn't. You acted like an asshole instead. Has anyone ever mentioned you are an asshole previously? Seriously, you should look into that. I'm also guessing this isn't the first incident you've had related to things of this nature, given the other reviews I've read. So, I am actively steering others away from you and yes, I'm being pretty harsh but it's probably about time someone was. Regal Limousine possesses an overwhelming lack of professionalism and customer service and for that, I strongly urge everyone to avoid them. Thanks!

This is the most unprofessional transportation service I have ever encountered. I work for a large…read moremedical practice and call these services on behalf of a patient quite often. When the patient was initially dropped off, the man wheeling him in screamed out the name and said "see yah buddy" and quickly left out of the office without even ensuring this was the correct office or that the patient was comfortable. He actually just left the patient in the middle of the waiting room. During the patients visit, I had to call this company 4 times -- the first 3 times when I introduced myself calling from a doctors office I was hung up on. The fourth time, I decided to say "good afternoon, can you hear me?" thinking it could be a possibility their phones weren't functional. Once the dispatcher confirmed she could hear me, I told her I was being hung up on and I just wanted to confirm that our patient would be picked back up. She responded with "well I don't know who he is". I think this sort of snarky, disrespectful, apathetic and miserable attitude is not only unprofessional but disgusting. I would be infuriated if I found out a loved one of mine needed to use this service and was being treated this way. After I confirmed with her the patient would be picked up, I asked for an ETA and she simply responded "well I don't know but they'll be there". I let the patient know what the dispatcher told me and after about 20 minutes I gave them another call at the patients request to try again to obtain an ETA. The dispatcher then told me that the driver was making a nearby drop off and would be coming to pickup the patient next. I asked her if she knew specifically where that drop off was (so that I could get a better grasp of when the patient would be picked up) and she nastily replied "he is in the area". Neither the dispatchers or the man that brought the patient in gave me their names, and I wish they did because they do not deserve to be in this sort of business. People who utilize transportation services deserve respect, kindness, and empathy. This company cannot even spell these basic requirements.
