When I arrived at Dulles I was charged $125! in addition, when booking on the phone, I was reassured I could pay with credit card or cash, my choice. When I gave the driver my credit card I was told there was an additional charge of $9. Luckily I had cash. The car was comfortable, the driver courteous but I really don't like being scammed. If you use Dulles Cab, don't book by phone. They can't scam you if you book online.

When I…read morecalled I was given an estimate of what sort of fee I would be charged, as well as a time to expect the driver to arrive. Surprisingly, both were very accurate and I really appreciated that! My driver was named Steve. He was very friendly and professional. His van was clean and overall I really appreciated the fact that he felt like a real person! I was so pleased to have had this experience, instead of ending up in a stinky overused taxi cab with a driver who just wanted to run up my tab. I totally recommend Loudoun Cabs when something comes up and you need a safe and reliable ride at a fair price!!!

I call them and get told cabs are about 15 minutes away. "Is one of them coming?" I got a great non-answer. "Is anyone coming?" "We can't tell you an eta." "Am I going to be stranded?" "We will be sending someone. Cabs are 15 minutes away." Then a few minutes later, they call and leave a message. "It's going to be an hour." An hour comes and goes. I call again. "We're still overbooked. It's going to be at least another hour." They couldn't tell me that in the first place? I had to call them. Never again. So, if you don't mind rolling the dice, then use them. If you like to know your ride will come at the time you booked, you may want to look elsewhere.

Under no circumstances would you ever want to put your life on the road in this company's hand. My…read moredriver was texting and driving at 60+ mph, which is illegal in MOST U.S. states, but when I called to complain about it, I received an answer of "how else do you think he's supposed to contact the company?". Umm... maybe a phone call? Or, nothing in life is that urgent? My cab ride was no more than 45 minutes. Not only was management un-apologetic, he grouped me in with "black people" because, apparently, they receive a lot of calls from "those types"? So what you've got here is a racist idiot who doesn't understand when something is illegal, ironic coming from someone who isn't from the U.S. (he had such a heavy accent, honestly it was hard to understand him). He tried calling back, presumably to just yell at me for another 10 minutes, but he's funny if he thinks I'd pick up that phone call. There's something so gratifying about hanging up on really, dumb people.

No one showed up at the arranged time (5:50 am), no one texted, no one responded when I called. The call went to a voice mail recording. My wife and I rushed to drive ourselves in our car to the airport where we left the car in long-term parking, which was not our choice. No one called after that later in response to the recorded messages to apologize or explain what had happened. When I called again the next day and spoke to the owner to complain, he said he understood my "point of view" and that it was his fault. He had subcontracted the ride and the driver who should have taken me didn't show up. He could not explain why he had not texted or called me later to apologize, but offered a free ride to the airport next time. This is not a serious or genuine service, just a subcontracting operation. The owner didn't understand that giving in recompense when pressed a free ride the next time to the airport could never make up for the loss in airfares, hotel charges, and vacation prepaid travel. Frankly, the owner should be in some other business if he can't be responsible or respond directly to the customer when is in need of the service.
