I was constantly having to call them for updates while they never called back and then multiple times cancelled appointment because the person got in an accident on the way to my house (same story 3 times). They hide behind the act of god provision instead of acting in good faith. When I reached out to the guy who worked on my original estimate he said he had left the company and replied "That is why I left. This is what they do." Although everything seems fine on the initial install, if anything goes wrong they will pin the costs on you. Buyer beware. Edit. - to be clear they took 3.5 months to get someone out to even look at the repair work needed to be done and after another month later I am still waiting on an estimate to fix.
