When I called to schedule, I was given a time window to expect arrival which was 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, told that I would receive a call from their repair technician with exact arrival time. I got the call around noon, which was well within the window... And when the gentleman got to my home, he was kind, friendly, courteous, and was able to diagnose the problem in short order. Did I mention honest? Let me tell you... The gentleman that was here showed me exactly what was wrong with my washing machine, and told me that, unfortunately, it would cost more in labor and parts than it would to get a new machine. He could have told me anything, and charged me a large amount of money to fix the machine, but he did not. and he only charged me $100 for the service call. Eric arrived on time and performed both services in a timely fashion. The units were in decent shape, but the flush of the water heater proved the necessity of annual maintenance for enhancing the reliability of the critical systems. Eric explained everything he was doing and meticulously fine combed through both units. Due to Eric's continued excellence (this was the 3rd time he was here), I plan on maintaining the 'Comfort Club' annual plan with J.A. Bertsch.
