They recently completed an 8,000sf house with 2,000sf garage and 2,000sf heated driveway apron for me. So, I call them again at 1 and they have no answers for where the technician was, why I wasn't notified about the cancelation because apparently he called in sick that morning, or why they never called me back earlier. Their solution was to come up in another in 8 days time, ANOTHER 8 DAYS. When I originally made the appointment and during this whole conversation, I made it clear that the (relatively) minor work needed to be done asap so we can finish closing the home loan with our bank which clearly meant nothing. I am still in shock. It's like they wanted to lose a customer. Just wild.
