Had to force him to install. Waited another 7 days days for return call and now final install won't be done for 6 weeks during heatwave & now it arrived damaged and now have to wait another week or 2. Said he would try to get us installed earlier if he had time but never ordered the heat pump so that was a lie!

Bad part about his "delays", it has halted our new house build and is impacting other trades (insulation and drywall) due to his scheduling incompetence. This guy works ad-hoc with poor, if any communication. Quote and promises unkept. Do NOT recommend this contractor.

We did our due diligence by requesting him to take a look at the roof. He called my husband and said it would be $52, 000 to replace the roof on a 2400 single story square foot house. Which is ridiculous. We told him not to send the quote to us. In turn, somehow a personal email quote was given to the buyers of this house. This caused great turmoil and stress and again we had another roofer which makes three all saying the roof is in great shape except for the repair that was previously mentioned.
