Needed my nails done bad. they were terribly grown out. like 1.5 months grown out! My regular nail tech was too far for me, and frankly very expensive. I called and Kevin told me to come on in. Tammy, the owner, does an excellent job on my nails. I am really rough with them but she does then so that they stay nice. I even went 3 1/2 weeks between fills ( not by choice) and still never lifted or broke. All the staff are very kind and attentive. Tammy and her husband are so nice. Great place. So I went last night to have just one nail (French) repair, the lady so call nail tech didn't even know how to do the French, never ever go back to this place again, I was there almost 40 mins ( wait & work) & still screwed up nail, I walked out of there. when they first took over as new management yeah I had Tammy Mgr work on my nails but she would take long time cause she would walk away & help her other techs, poor Management. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and I ended up with my nails looking like they just grabbed an acrylic sticker and put it on them, the only reason why I came to this place was because my usual nail salon was full. If I could give no stars, I would! They are awful, NOT CLEAN!! I broke my nail within a few hours, got it fixed (some where else) and a week later another one broke. They are known for sales M-T $25 color powder.. I went on a Monday and all of a sudden they don't have a sale anymore. They change their prices by how they feel that day. One day i got the coffin cut with no charge, I went back few weeks later for a whole new set & she charged me $7. She also didn't want to finish the job & wanted to leave my set without adding the last clear shiny coat. So half ass!! The owner sucks just as bad as the salon.. she doesn't care and it shows! I will never go back to this place again, they did not ask me if I wanted a drink but when other ethnicities other than "black" entered the establishment they offered a beverage of choice. I know for a fact I was overcharged and not to mention 2 days later my nails chipped after paying $74.00 for Shallac manicure. My real nails cost that much and for them to chip in 2 days....I never. Horrible job on the nails. Next day on of the tips fell off. When I went in they said no wait time. Waited in chair for 35 mins before the even came to help. Prices are not right from the window. Window said shellac nails were 25 she charged 35. Full set that the tip fell of was 40. Won't go back there. read more

Was a great nail shop at some point but changed a lot when management changed. Today Kim was on the phone 75% of the time and took her 2 hrs on a new set. When removing old set I asked for no files but instead did it her way. My nails are thin already she went so thin I have no nail. While on the phone she cut me with the nail file twice. Last time coming here they went lose once Julie left management. I believe in getting what you ask for because you pay they will do otherwise. read more

I used to come here all the time. Very convenient because I live close. But when I started getting turned away because she was too busy. (Like told to come the next day) I looked for somewhere else to go. I decided to come here again after a couple of years on my day off because I didn't want to drive out to Pearland to my usual spot on a rainy day. The place is decent. They are clean. The techs are ok , actually I do prefer the owners sister I can't remember her name for pedicures. Their polish selection is not my favorite. Their chairs are again just ok. I really wish they would use the liners on the pedicure tubs just for extra sanitation. I would suggest to come during the week it is slower. read more

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST NAIL SALON I have ever gone to. I have never written a yelp review in my life but after coming here I had to. I got my a full powder stiletto set done here on Friday. It took almost 2 hours to do and it was nothing special just a basic set. I get home and not even an hour after leaving the salon 2 nails broke from me just opening the car door. I go back and they fix them. The next day I break 2 more nails. This time I had no idea how they broke I just looked down at my hands and they were gone. I didn't go back that day to get them fixed because I had work but I would go the next day after class. So the next day I'm in class and look down on my nails and a third nail is now broken. Again, I had no idea how it happened as I did not hit it against anything hard enough for me to notice. So I thought, this is ridiculous. How is it that I've broken 5 nails In the two days that I've had this set. I've gone to many different salons and I've never broken so much as one nail, so I knew I was not the problem. I go in to get them fixed after my class and speak to the woman and she was going to charge me $10 for fixing the weak manicure they gave me in the first place. So I get the managers number and tell her what happened. She tells me to come in that she'll do my nails for free. As she's fixing my nails she tells me that I should have told my manicurist to make my nails thicker. Never in my life have I had to tell my manicurist to do my nails thick. They just automatically know how to do their job right. Guess what? Today I get home from work and another nail is now gone. LOL. I'm not one to call a manger up over petty things, but I'm a college student and getting my nails done once in a while is a luxury for me, and I expect to get my money's worth. It's true this salon is cheaper than others, I payed $38 including a $5 tip, but I did not have a complete, unbroken set for a single day after leaving this salon. Truly atrocious. read more

The lady had to redo my nails two times because she couldn't achieve the chrome look that I showed her. My chrome ended up being basically silver glitter nail polish. I wasn't satisfied and she blamed me for not knowing the bottom color I needed to get silver chrome (that's her job to know!) I paid $45 for something I didn't want, my nail shape was poorly done AND my polish was chipping a week later. read more

It is a hit and a miss for me every time. I've yet to find one id go back to. I went yesterday and I knew it was going to be mediocre when she was sloppy at putting on the acrylic powder. Too much liquid it looked like she was slabbing on concrete. My nails have no curve and look flat and she got it all over my knuckles. She was sweet just wouldn't go back to her again, I had a feeling she was new by the way she was doing things and by how sloppy she got. She cut my cuticles too close and kept going over then till I couldn't take it anymore. Usually places aren't going to be perfect but she could've at least made all my nails the same length on each hand. Overall it was okay. I would recommend you ask around with friends and family if they've been here and see who they had and if they liked how their nails came out and go to them rather than gamble and hope your get someone who knows what they're doing. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The lady was really rough with my nails, I told the lady the shape of my nails and she said it'll be more (which I was fine with but who really makes you pay more for the shape anymore) when she put my nail on I told her it was crooked and she said "I'm not done yet" I said okay, so I waited patiently thinking she would fix it. (She didn't) I go to another lady to do my shape and who was also so freaking rough with my nails & I told her that my nail is going this way, and AGAIN. I heard "Im not done" I didn't even say anything after that. My girlfriend and I got our lip waxed as well so once that was happening I assumed she was done with my nails. Once it was time to pay I told her nicely and calmly, I'm not satisfied with my shape or nails. The color yes because I picked it out. I was told I have to pay extra for my shape (which wasn't even what I wanted) I showed her my nail and she said it wasn't. She said they're doing a special where it's normally $30 for a set but she's only making me pay $28. & i said no.. she was explaining herself again, and I just said okay to everything. THEN offered to fix my shape and take my nail off and redo it. It's just crappy here and the customer service is crap. Don't go, they're cheap but if you want to spend money on nails spend it on them actually knowing how to do them right and how you want them. & have someone who wants you satisfied.. I have gone here for years and been pleased up until last October, but the last 2 times I have been my feet have hurt 3-4 days after. The first time they used the cheese grater on my heels (which weren't in bad shape because I go regularly, it's just quicker) and rubbed my heels raw until they were red and painful to walk. The second time I didn't let them use the cheese grater because of the past experience, that time they poked and dug around and it felt like they were trying to dig out my big toenail or something (while clipping the cuticle) on both feet and they were sore to the touch for several days. They also hurt my mother's feet the last time she was in town and came with me plus her toenails turned white in spots. I am disappointed because they are convenient to my home, I just feel the level of service has gone down and they aren't as friendly as they use to be either. I also went in to show the manager what happened the first time, I showed her in private so it wouldn't upset other customers and all she kept saying was "it's ok" over and over and never apologized or offer to show her employee (so she would be morel careful next time) when in actuality it "wasn't ok" at all - I was in pain!! I am sad, but I will not get anymore pedicures there. I gave them a second chance and they failed miserable again. read more
