Despite walking with a noticeable limp due to a leg condition, he didn't just point me in the right direction--he personally walked me all the way to every single item on my list. He covered a lot of ground with me, and even though he was clearly in some discomfort, his enthusiasm, patience, and professional expertise never wavered. On another visit today, I was assisted by both Joy and Dong again. I brought in a smoke detector that kept going off continuously as soon as I put the batteries in, and Joy jumped right in to help. She consulted with multiple colleagues to troubleshoot the issue, and when it wasn't an easy fix, she sat down at the computer, thoroughly researched the manual and technical details, and successfully found the exact solution online. You know the old jokes "how many people does it take..." this was my life today…read more We literally went into Home Depot to price out cabinets and a pool for the pups. Their website said they had over 200 pools in stock, so two birds, right? Of course, the cabinets we were looking for didn't work for us, so we then started looking for the pools. Sigh. You would think with 200+ of an item showing in stock these would be all over the dang store, but no. So we asked the guy at the computer in the front (I think his name was Colton) and he then called another clerk over to help us, who just went into the same Home Depot website we were on to check. She saw the number but couldn't find the location. Sigh. The male clerk then called another person and they said it's stocked in 41, which is like lamps and stuff. Ok, cool, do we want someone to get it out of stock for us? Yes, please. I went to walk the store and my husband waited...and waited. 20 minutes later we have a guy trying to get this dang pool off the top inventory stack above lamps. He had to call another guy for help, and has the flag guy as well helping to get this pool. We finally get the pool and head to the checkout where another guy asks if we need help with self checkout. So, grand total of people working to get this pool for our dogs is 6. It was a whole ordeal, but the pups like the water, so they're worth it.
