I bought a Miragevision 65" Diamond series TV in July of 2021. Within 4 months there were streaks and blotches on the screen. They picked up the tv (I am local) to review the issue. After 3 week, they told me it was a "cosmetic" problem and not covered by the warranty (of course). The TV was very expensive and I suspect the problem will continue to get worse. BUYER BEWARE - look elsewhere for better quality and customer service. read more

I purchased a 32" gold series from Chris. The tv stoped working with the remote. Returned to their location in Vegas at my cost $100.00 including the insurance. The tv was returned and after a couple of weeks it stoped recognizing the remote control again. This time they payed for return shipping. They sent a new unit a samsung. This unit lasted 18 months. The screen developed a 5" wide white stripe on the left side of screen that was vertical. Because of the covid-19 shut down I had to wait till the employees were back to work. When Chris called me back he said that it was not repairable but he could see about a reduced price on a new one but he had to check with management first and he ever called back. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. $995.00 FOR A 32" SAMSUNG TV THAT COST $120.00. No customer service!!!! read more

Bought a 50 inch gold television in November 2018. It quit recognizing the remote and would not turn off without unplugging it. This happened in October 2019 while barely under warranty. I had to pay $80 to ship it back to them for repair. The repair lasted three months and then the same issue. This happened just as COVID restrictions hit. I had to wait until a month ago to try talking with them again. Had four phone calls not returned. Finally spoke with Greg and he wants me to pay another $80 to ship it back for "diagnosis". I know the diagnosis. It's a piece of junk. These televisions are not made well. Mine is well covered and taken care of but still doesn't last. BUY ELSEWHERE OR JUST BURN YOUR MONEY. read more

We ordered a 4K 55"TV 4 years ago. It recently stopped seeing the remote. I brought it back, and they repaired it and shipped it back. They thought it was the eye for the remote, but found out it was a board issue. They did the repair at a very low cost, and resealed and recoated the tv. They shipped it back at a very low cost. Initially we thought it was the LED eye that wasn't seeing the remote. Turns out it was a board. They stood behind their product and it now works great! Would buy from them again. Chris was very honest, and communicated with me often in the status of my tv. read more

Our mirage vision TV stopped working after 7 months of use. Covered porch with protection from wind/rain. installed as recommended, fan always on, etc. We installed it last fall, took in down over the winter, and put it back up this spring. the picture no longer works (audio only.) 50", was $2k with special protective casing, etc. For that price I could buy a new four new "regular" TVs. Will not buy again. read more

I purchased a top of the line 55" 4K/QLED Diamond TV. After 18 months it developed a 5" black stripe on the left side of the TV. It's no longer viewable. We took excellent care of the TV, covered it well, took it in during the winter. When we contacted MirageVision for service the only thing they offered was to pay 50% of the original purchase price to get a new one! They wouldn't even try to repair it. So after being talked into spending almost $5,000 for their top of the line TV, 18 months later they want me to spend another $2,500. Clearly these TV's are not built to last. I would stick with SunBrite or SkyVue, companies that build durability into their product. And offer better customer service and loyalty. read more

I am on my 3rd one and it crapped out after 9 months. First one was damaged in shipping, replacement crapped out after 9 months, then sent it back at $250 shipping, the replacement lasted 9 months and now its out. Personally at this point the quality is suspect as where I have it should be fine. Been waiting 2 weeks this time for a call back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. This is the worst company on the planet. Seriously. GO WITH SKYVUE INSTEAD. http://www.skyvue.com I ordered a tv and it arrived broken. The screen was smashed in multiple places. When I contacted them to return it, they refused to refund my money, and tried to charge me about a thousand dollars as a "restocking" fee, for a broken tv they would certainly not be restocking. (This is was mentioned as happening to other people in other reviews.) I paid and received a completely broken, smashed product, and they wouldn't give me my money back, or accept it for return. It was unbelievable. They knew it was broken when I received it and didn't deny it was broken; they just refused to return my money or accept it back. I'm attaching pictures of what it looked like when I opened it. There are at least four very large areas where there is significant pixel damage on the screen, areas that are entirely blacked out and unusable. I'm also attaching pictures of the box as it was delivered. I told them I should not be charged a restocking fee when I never received a working tv (what I paid for), and should not be charged to return an undisputedly broken tv. I had the phone call with the salesman, and in the most bizarre childish thing I've ever seen, it turns out the owner had been listening in for 15 minutes secretly. Suddenly, he speaks up after 15 minutes of spying on the phone call, and said he would finally refund my money with the exception of a 3% credit card fee. Then the owner hung up. Then, as soon as the owner hung up, the salesman stated that he was not going to do what the owner just said to do and was not going to refund my money, and never refunded my money. It was the most ridiculous thing I've come across with a company. Also, although I could never use it, it was also clear that the product was a piece of crap. It's a cobbled together piece of junk. Go with Skyvue. Skyvue has a quality product with real service standing behind it. The quality of Skyvue is surprising. The difference between the Skyvue tv and the Mirage Vision tv is like the difference between a high end store and buying a tv from a random person out of the back of a van in an alley. Secondarily, even though I received a broken tv, it was also clear from the instructions inside the TV box that it was not as advertised. The TV ordered is supposed to be an outdoor TV that is intended to remain outdoors. However, the instructions that arrive with the TV (but are not on the website) explicitly state: (1) that the TV cannot be turned on in any rain, and (2) the TV must be brought inside during "adverse weather conditions," which includes rain. This is certainly not what one is is looking for when purchasing an outdoor TV that is intended to remain outdoors. These are the instructions you would typically see for an indoor tv, not an outdoor tv. Notably, it does not say anywhere on the website that it cannot be left on in the rain and has to be brought inside in adverse weather conditions. This was of secondary importance anyway, because I had not even received a working tv to begin with. Fortunately, the credit card company didn't buy their line of crap either, and refunded my money. But neither I nor they should've had to deal with that. This was by far the worst company experience I've had. These guys are shady as hell, which doesn't help the fact that their product sucks. read more

We purchased a 75" TV from them. When we installed it we found the glare on the screen to be excessive. After several calls and emails they suggested we try an anti-glare cover. We paid an extra $250 for this, but it so reduced the brightness the TV was not usable. We then asked to return it, and they agreed to take it back. It took us over a month of phone calls and emails to get our credit. When we finally got our credit, they shorted us $1,000! After another month of phone calls and emails (never ONCE did they return a call or email), they are now telling me there is a %15 restocking fee. The TVs are cheap for an outdoor TV. I now know why. Use Skyvue. It is a much better product! read more

Duke was a wealth of information and helped us to put our outdoor entertainment package together. Scam!!! Don't waste your time even looking at this company's website. I purchased a Samsung tv and was shipped a TCL and was told they filled my order with a TCL because they were out of stock with Samsung - even though my invoice clearly said Samsung. When I called, Chris asked if I wanted to upgrade to the next level of tv's so I could have a Samsung to which I said no, I want what I paid for. After further research of the junk TCL they sent me I discovered their idea of waterproofing a tv was a joke!! Inputs were still exposed and all they did was run a bead of caulking along the seams of the tv. I requested a full refund which Chris agreed to and I shipped the tv back via FedEx. I can see they received the tv back and signed for it but 3 days later still no refund - so I have disputed the charges with my credit card company. I have called and left a message for Chris which has went unanswered! Do not waste your time, this is a bait and switch operation. In the meantime I have researched outside tv's and found SunBrite tv's and they have been awesome to work with. Received my tv within a few days and I cannot even begin to compare the two tv's, the SunBrite tv is awesome and clearly made for outside conditions not to mention both tv's were about the same price. read more

TV had problems from day 1. Worked on & off for 10 months and then completely died. Terrible TV, nothing like a new one. Kept it covered, under an overhang, never worked like a real TV. Notified customer service and they wanted me to buy a new one. They convert $400 TVs and sell them for $2400, which would be fine if they worked but horrible experience with the one I got. read more
