To my surprise the pieces were already wrapped up in plastic so when I began to cook them I noticed pieces were cut up, falling apart and chopped up throughout the filet. I have never been to a market that wraps up the fish, that's the point of a market so you can observe what you're purchasing. The prices are not cheap so to see this was really disappointing.

They just don't care. To top off the goat rodeo, when we got there there's a sign on the door saying cash only that their credit card machine was down. They were sending people to an ATM down the street which had a $8 withdrawal fee. And when you get there to pick up your order, there isn't a separate line to pick up pre-made orders, so we had to stand in line 25 minutes (took that lone to move 8 customers through) in order to pick up our incomplete order.
