I came here for lunch recently and tried the Haddock Burger. Overall, the atmosphere, the service, and the food were decent.

Nice dining environment. Good service. The portobello pear salad is a clear 5/5. The mushroom tastes awesome and the other ingredients blend in very well. Calamari and prawns has a small portion but good taste. We also ordered some tacos, nothing special but good in general.

This was the first time I ate at a restaurant and I quite enjoyed the experience! I ordered the Meatloaf and a virgin Strawberry Basil Lemonade. Meatloaf: I liked how the meatloaf was seasoned; it reminded me of a well done meatball. I also really liked the corn, but I am bias here because it's my favourite vegetable! The potatoes, however, I wasn't a fan off because I thought the blue cheese was a bit overpowering. BUT if you're a fan of blue cheese, you'll really enjoy it! Portion wise, it was definitely enough to get me full, and I didn't eat most of the potatoes. Strawberry Basil Lemonade: Not much I can say here other than if you like strawberries, basil, and lemonade, then you'd probably like all three of them together!

So a bunch of friends decided to drive up to Kamloops to celebrate a girlfriend's birthday since it was her first birthday weekend away from us and of course, no birthday is complete without a dinner celebration. After looking through all the restaurants in downtown Kamloops, we settled with this place. Not sure if it's just the standard one has after living in Vancouver for so long but this was quite a disappointing dinner. The place was full on a Saturday night (which is a good sign) but aside from that, everything was under par. We were a little overwhelmed with the choices we had with their big dinner menu but upon deciding, we quickly ordered and that's how the night pretty much went downhill from there. Food took over 30 minutes to come. Understandable that they were busy but we ordered some small appies as well and those were presented at the same time as our table of entrees. Having so much down time, there was ample time to survey the tables around us which quickly teaches you the lesson to look away since there was dinner buns on the floors of tables where customers sat, tables of uncleared dishes and more tables of people who are also waiting for their food. When food arrived, we were starving at this point and quickly dug in but there was something lacking about the flavours of it. Both the tacos and spaghetti that I got felt quite overpriced for the quality of food I was getting. The spaghetti lacked flavor despite it's colorful presentation. There was no kick to it and the spaghetti looked liked it was only tossed around in light tomato sauce as opposed to the thick tomato paste one would assume. And the tacos would be something I definitely not recommend. I split one with a friend; they took one bite and didn't finish the rest and I realized why. Although the taco came out at the same time as the spaghetti, the tortilla was cold, dry and tough. The meat was extremely dry and chewy. There was absolutely nothing Korean about those tacos except for the fact that they perhaps used veggies that Koreans might eat. Definitely a very disappointing night out to celebrate a birthday. I'm sure there are better places you can go to that are a little bit up to par.

The food was tasty! Service was great and the restaurant is quite nice! It's a little frustrating downtown with parking, but that's Perry normal for downtown Kamloops.

Friday 10:55am I walked in after my exam in school, but as a current server for the last 20 years in Kamloops. Welcomed in early. (Hard to do, as it is one of my pet peeves) but they opened the door. And I was greeted by Great friendly staff/GM My food was the special and Food was great! (Photo)well plated and hot. And was seasoned perfectly. Lunch hit and staff were ready and amazing with the noon rush. All staff were welcoming and open as guests arrived. Smiles all round. They spoke to each other well and efficiently. This place has done a great job with all they are doing.

It takes a lot to get a 5 star from me, but this place comes close. Very tasty food and comfy booths.

Their mitts burger was great. But the show stopper for me was their side of soup. So many layers of flavour and texture it was sublime.

It is very unpleasant. Beef has no taste, and spaghetti is also very unpleasant. I don't understand why he has such a high score

Sounds like this may be an unpopular opinion but I would say the Noble Pig was mid at best. We came…read morein after a long day at a nearby hockey tournament so it was definitely a full house, but based on rave reviews we were expecting much more than what we received. The ambiance was chill and the booths were roomy and comfortable but sadly that was probably the highlight of the meal. The server was ok but not overly friendly or attentive by any means. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich, a pulled pork "bowl" and a small pizza. Nothing too crazy or over the top so we figured it was pretty simple and would be relatively fast. To our surprise it took a solid 40 minutes. We figured that one of the dishes may have taken a bit longer so we stayed patient, but when the food was served it was lukewarm nearing cold. The food was nothing special but maybe could have gotten another star had it been served hot. Sadly disappointed to be quite honest, the best part of the actual meal itself was the side of French fries that accompanied the pulled pork sandwich. Sadly, the menu prices definitely did not match the quality of food or rave reviews.

We read that The Noble Pig was the best restaurant in Kamloops so it was our first stop in town. We…read morearrived around dinner time and hungry! We were seated right away by a friendly host and our server who was super helpful throughout our visit. While we dined, the place got much busier and had a nice buzz to it. It had a distinct theme inside that aligns with its name and its selection of flagship brews. As I mentioned, we were hungry after a long drive so we obviously over ordered. We started with the Triple Threat Pull Apart Bread and the Crispy Pickles. Both were amazing! The bread was so soft and delicious and the pickles were savoury, but also spicy! Be warned! My partner ordered the Stuffed Yorkies because they weren't something we'd seen on a menu before. He loved them! The dish was three Yorkshire puddings stuffed full so it was also HUGE. I got the Flagship Mac and, honestly, for a place with multiple macs on the menu, it was remarkably unremarkable, unfortunately. Don't be discouraged, though! The quality of the rest of the food was so high that it made up for that tiny miss. If you're in Kamloops, check out The Noble Pig. They also have a great patio!
