I received "No" after "No", but Ray reached out and said he had an idea. My gaming laptop was no longer powering on and due to its model, essentially every repair shop said they couldn't handle it. I was able to come by and drop off my laptop for a diagnostic check. An hour later Ray was done and sent me a highly detailed Diagnostic report with findings, causes, and recommendations. My issue required a full motherboard replacement so we weren't able to proceed with any fixes. Regardless, I am grateful to the expertise and support Ray has given me for the laptop. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it. When all was said and done, he charged me $299 out the door and my machine is working flawlessly!! Thank you Ray! You got a customer for life.
