There is always a unique menu to order from here. I love the fresh options. The cashier was kind…read moreand friendly. The other workers were also kind and made a point to say hello. The sandwich was very good and there were great things to choose from to have on the side (chips, chocolate, olives and of course cheese!). The restaurant is small for seating, but it's clean and comfortable!

Service isn't the best. Normally people like to be acknowledged when in a store and at the counter…read more Just a hello! Not forcing you to order when looking at the menu for the first time. It's a cute place and I love the wallpaper. I ordered food and the lady that took my order was having trouble focusing/ listening and added things to my bill. When I corrected her; she seemed to be paying attention, I thought she removed the item but she didn't. I order a drink (coffee) also and then changed my mind. When I told her I didn't want it she said she couldn't resell the paper cup to someone else. I know.... I know.. you must be thinking (WHAT it's just coffee!) I explained I didn't see the other sign with special drinks. So even though I wanted another drink that was more money, she kept it on my bill and gave it to me. That was when I decided not to go back ever again. Poor service, then I had added that specialty drink along with the coffee I got stuck with. Only to not ever receive it. I had to bother another girl to get my drink. She did tell me to wait she had to get this family's order first. That was rude. I waitressed before, so I can say that. Meanwhile I had finished my food (which was good) and coffee that I didn't want. I was there at least 30 mins and 15mins before the other family. They weren't busy. There was no excuse for poor service.

Picking was a good time. People were nice. The market was clean and organized . Many different…read moreitems to choose from you don't find at a local grocery store. Goats were cute and fun to watch. Only 3 issues...the market has no prices on the fruits and vegetables as I paid $8.50 for a pint of raspberries. A bag of 6 DRY cinnamon and sugar donuts for $12 and a tip jar out at the field and in the store. I'm picking my own stuff why would I tip ? Same in the store. Overall it was good I'll know better next year to ask for prices.

We were absolutely thrilled to come upon a farm or orchard that does not function as a money grab…read more Their policy of pick what you pay for is a rarity we see these days, and we find this policy to be the most welcoming and the practice generates the highest likelihood of repeat business. When we arrived, on June 17, 2026, prime season for strawberries and snap peas, we were greated by a friendly young woman named Erin, who operated the admission booth. She provided us with two small containers for the snap peas and two larger for the strawberries and explained that we can pick whatever we want, and only pay for what we harvest. We acquired some beautifully fresh snap peas and freshly sweet strawberries. We visited the store, which offered typical farm store goods. There was nothing overly impressive about the store, but it is worth a look. We loved this place and even though it is more than an hour away, this will be our go to place to pick your own fruits and vegetables. We are looking forward to bluberries season in early July!
