I asked for a classic Old Fashioned and he brought me something that tasted like watered-down whiskey with too much bitters and a random orange slice thrown in. My friend's whiskey sour was unbalanced -- definitely not worth the $18 price tag. I politely mentioned to recommend us another drinks options he just shrugged and said "we don't have that" Not offer another choice or an apology. The drinks were mediocre at best, but his attitude made it worse. He ignored us most of the night and acted annoyed every time we ordered. Zero professionalism. The place has a great vibe but with service like this, is not worth to spend almost $200 dollars there for few drinks. I don't remember his name but he was tall, Latin and maybe from Colombia. After we repeatedly asked for the bill, she finally brought it over while apologizing and, unsurprisingly, we discovered that gratuity had already been added, causing us to pay extra for tips. We didn't want to be petty and just left but she did not even serve us water. The person who brought out our food was the one who asked whether we wanted water and brought it to us. As someone who has worked in hospitality for years, this is completely unacceptable.

They can do a lot in house, cutting down the need for more vendors and planning and making the whole thing super easy. For us, buffet dinner, appetizers, dessert, open beer and wine bar, linens, tables/chairs, and venue rental were all included in one very reasonable fee. They're easy and pleasant to work with, and if that wasn't enough, the waterfront view is incredible.
