Dulce de leche

As a Colombian I'm a huge fan of buñuelos. I kept sending Mister Buñuelo on social media and knew I had to try it. My good friend was in town so we decided to check it out. We got a cheese buñuelo, luche de leche buñuelo and empanadas. The buñuelos were amazing. They tasted just like the ones in Colombia. The empanadas were okay which didn't surprise me since that's not what they specialize in. The owner (didn't catch his name) was so nice and you can tell he loves what he does. I will definitely be coming back!

I don't remember where I first heard about this food cart, but once I saw it, I had to try it. I ordered couple of beef empanadas and a couple of Arequipa Buñuelos. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The person working in the food cart Mister Buñuelo as he is called was super friendly. They take cash or Zelle payments and looking into the food cart, it was very clean. In an area that is very busy and crowded and you start to get hungry but only want a snack this a perfect place to get a quick snack. It really did hit the spot me and I am definitely coming here again because I want to try the other stuffed Buñuelo flavors.

Stopped by this food cart randomly. We just happened to be walking by when I recognized it from an instagram post. The cart was clean and the man working in it was extremely nice. Having just eaten somewhere else, we thought we'd try a desert buñuelo, so chocolate it was! Upon ordering one, we were offered a cheese buñuelo with freshly injected chocolate sauce. That turned out to be an offerer that we couldn't refuse, and I'm glad that we didn't. The buñwello was fresh, the cheese was melty and the chocolate was plentiful. It was delicious. We'll be back to try some of the savory options and definitely will be returning for that chocolate and cheese!

Mister Buñuelo has some amazing Buñuelos, not to be confused with pan de bono and other amazing Colombian cheesy goodies. The lady who runs this shop is so kind and accepts Zelle in case you don't have cash. I got the cheese buñuelo to start and it was absolutely delicious when I had it fresh. I went back and got a couple more cheese ones and an arequipe one as well. Albeit the arequipe one was fine and traveled well, unfortunately the cheese one was not. After warming it up, the cheese one became way too hard. However, aforementioned, the cheese ones are absolutely delicious when they're fresh. Basically, do yourself a favor and have it fresh and you'll absolutely love it.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and called back within minutes to change it, and…read morewas told it was "not allowed" and that either I would have to pay for the original order or they would. That makes no sense, especially considering how quickly I called back. Even more concerning, when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was told there wasn't one available. That's unacceptable for any business. Instead of helping resolve a simple issue, they made it unnecessarily complicated. Customer service here needs serious improvement.

I was impressed by the large variety of options on this menu. I ordered an empanada to start followed by a mini bandeja. There was nothing mini about it! As you can see by the pic, portion size are not skimpy. Overall, the dish was good, only thing I would change was the steak. Had a little too much fat for my liking. But the chicharron and frijoles were great. The jugo de guanabana was delicious. Empanada was good too, though I would've liked a bit more of a flavor kick. They have a few tables and bar area for indoor dining and a covered section outside. Restaurant was busy, with customers dining in or picking up orders. Seems like a staple for the local community which is great to see. Service was friendly and moderately paced. Will return if in the area!

The restaurant has a lively atmosphere with great music and beautiful décor that adds to the experience (I wish I had remembered to take more pictures!). The food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection. The meat was incredibly juicy, tender, and full of flavor, and the green sauce served on the side was so good that I found myself putting it on everything. The jalea was outstanding--it came with a generous amount of shrimp, fish, calamari, and perfectly crispy fried yuca (cassava). Every bite was flavorful, and the seafood tasted fresh. The portions were generous, the service was attentive, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for authentic Peruvian food with amazing flavors, a fun atmosphere, and friendly service, Inca Paisa is definitely worth a visit. I'll absolutely be coming back!
