Ruby was my bartender and the two ladies that were servers were sooooo friendly omg. I felt like family even though it was my first time here . Diana was the best ! I would return anytime

This is the spot…read more This is the spot for a huge platter of delicious Colombian food, perhaps before you go dance it off at the nearby Knockdown Center. I'm not going to pretend that I am the best person to determine what an authentic Colombian experience is (never had the pleasure of visiting Colombia), but if this isn't it, I can't imagine what they're missing. The staff speaks to you in Spanish exclusively, which made me glad one of my boys is Honduran. The TVs all over the place are playing what appear to be Colombian music videos that were made in the 80s featuring old men and attractive young women. They've got buckets of Colombian beer and frosted mugs so cold that the beer turned to slush around the sides. They've got a platter called the Bandeja la Berraca that consists of rice, beans, steak, plantains, eggs, avocado salad, little corn cakes, blood sausage, other sausage (amazing), and a giant side of chicharron. Eat and drink to you're bursting, while adorable Colombian kids run around the place. And rejoice that you live in NYC, where these things can be had.

I been wanting to check this place for awhile after seeing it on social media. The place is a lot…read moresmaller than I expected but the food and service made up for the size of the restaurant. The food was really good. I tried the breaded pork loin, cazuela de frijoles and steak topped with mushroom sauce. Everything was really great and the portions were very generous. Be cautious because they charge the gratuity automatically on the bill even for small groups. I don't mind this but if you aren't paying attention you could be over tipping.

Everything about this restaurant was incredible! I dined here with my boyfriend on a Friday night…read more The appetizer tostones con guacamole y chicharron was delicious. We also ordered a refajo (It's a traditional Colombian cocktail made with beer and "Colombiana", which is a soda from Colombia. It is a very simple and quick recipe but refreshing) I wanted to try their chicken and boy oh boy their chicken was so flavorful. I definitely recommend their roasted chicken. My boyfriend and I shared the bandeja paisa which is a typical Colombian dish. It was so filling; everything on that plate tasted good. I really liked the beans and the chicharron; the chicharron wasn't hard to chew which I have experienced before at other Colombian restaurants. It was a lively restaurant experience, there were a good amount of tables filled up and as our main entree arrived I realized it was because the Colombian soccer team had a game going on at the time I was dining at the restaurant. Great restaurant to watch a soccer game over some yummy food. The service from the staff was friendly and the ambiance was top notch. The restaurant went wild when the Colombian soccer team scored. All in all, this is an amazing restaurant. 10/10 experience and restaurant recommendation
