The demolition crew also deserves recognition. They did a great job removing the old roof while keeping both my backyard and my neighbor's backyard clean. I appreciated their care in minimizing the mess. Owner Dana provided great support, and the office responded quickly regarding the invoice and warranty paperwork. There were a few areas for improvement. First, on the originally scheduled installation day, I received a call that morning informing me that the crew could not start as planned. I understand that rain and extreme heat can disrupt schedules and create backlogs, but earlier notice would have been appreciated. After the job was rescheduled for 1 p.m., the project manager and crew arrived around 11:30 a.m., while I was away, and started tearing off the roof without meeting with me first. I would have preferred that they wait until the agreed-upon time so I could meet with the project manager before work began. I also experienced some difficulty getting clear communication from the project manager about the scope of work. The project manager eventually contacted Josue, who helped clarify things. Finally, although I offered the workers access to my guest bathroom every day, they unfortunately chose to relieve themselves in a corner of my backyard. I would have appreciated more consideration and professionalism in this regard. Despite these issues, I'm happy with the overall result. The roof looks beautiful, the installation quality is excellent, and the team members I worked most closely with were knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. The front office was spot on with Billing incrementally at the correct times and always there for any questions. Finally the crew including Juan Valdez, Alfonso, and their team were as professional and courteous as they come. They showed up every day at exactly the time scheduled and worked through extreme heat and humidity always keeping a positive can do attitude. They offered to cover things inside the house as needed and at the end of every day I received an email explaining exactly what they did that day with before and after pictures. Who does this? They even put a porta potty by the house so they didn't need to use our restrooms and the crew could remain on site for their lunches again next level. He called them 'just cosmetic' but said his team would fix them. No one came until I followed up, and repairs were finished on May 30, 2025, including replacing damaged wood on the porch and garage. About three months later (August 2025), brown stains appeared on the porch ceiling. When it rained, brown water poured from the gutters. I contacted the manager again, but he did not respond. The next week, a team member came while we were not home and painted over the porch wood, but this did not fix the stains or the underlying problem.
