I love coming here because the atmosphere is all about honoring service members, police, firefighters and EMT's. Went there today for lunch and there were 16 motorcycle police eating with their motorcycles all parked out front. We got there at noon when the restaurant paused to honor America. You order at the counter and they call your name when food's ready. I had ribs and coleslaw. My partner had a pulled pork sandwich and we split an order of fries. I had a great experience at Mission BBQ Weston location. The food was really good. I had The ribs and brisket. Brisket is usually dry but they did it right. Good portion. Fair price. Full belly! What really stood out though was the hospitality. The manager, Aaron, went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome. Not the forced, scripted kind of service, but the kind where you can tell they actually care about the customer experience. Thumbs up Aaron! Thank you. Amazing experience. Food was so good & great music playing. My husband and I had tried them at the Chilli cook off a few years back (catering the VIP) and they were good. When we noticed they had a brick-and-mortar location recently. We decided to give it a go this past weekend. Let me say it did not disappoint. We both go the 3 meat platters, and it was a perfect amount of food. As we were finishing our meal, we were able to speak to a lovely young lady by the name of Kaitlyn. She truly is a gem, since it was our first time she gave us deserts on the house. and that was great, but what outweighed the complimentary desert was her eagerness to converse with us for a few minutes. I always visit this location and I am always amaze by all the decorations that honor the men and women who are serving the country in the military or in law enforcement. Its pretty cool to see all the military patches adorn all around the walls. My favorite meat to get is the brisket with a side of fries and baked beans.
