Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a pleasant male employee who was very knowledgeable about the products and its health benefits. For $9 I have my choice of a warm cup of tea and a meal replacement shake. I decided to try a pomegranate tea with cranberry aloe and a banana pina colada shake. My friend had tropical twist. To be honest, when I watched both the tea and shake being made with just water and powder, I feared I wouldn't like it. I took a sip of the tea first. It was warm and with no sugar added, was lightly sweet. I could taste the blend of the pomegranate and cranberry. I tried the shake next, which was made very thick. Definitely had that pina colada taste. A few minutes of sipping on the shake and I was feeling full instantly (f.y.i. - the shake kept me full for at least 3-4 hours until I ate something). I thoroughly enjoyed a healthy shake that does the job of controlling my appetite until I'm able to eat. Will visit ttis place again soon.

I've sampled half the menu myself and have yet to be displeased.It should also be mentioned that these shakes are healthy, low calorie, and low sugar!
