I came to this place because of the reviews. On google it stated that they open @7 on Saturdays but they are really open at 9. I believe it was Karen who did my nails. I showed her the condition of my fingers before I paid and she just applied oil and said it would come off. Who let's there clients walk out the shop looking like this. They're just ok. It's your typical shopping center nail shop. Not the cleanest, not the dirtiest. I was satisfied with how my nails looked and the attention to detail, but like many salons they cut me during my manicure and that really bothered me. I don't understand why so many of these salons feel the need to get so close when trimming cuticles. read more

My friend and I arrived at 1:15 on a Friday, both requested a gel mani & pedi and had to wait forever. They did an excellent job on the pedicure, I must say. Afterwards, it occurred to me, to switch from gel mani to dip, and they had another lady do my nails WITHOUT doing a manicure first. She was very nice and apologized but after 3 hours there I just wanted to get it over with and leave; she just kept saying: "next time, next time." My friend did get a gel mani and in the end, they charged ME more than her even without the manicure! Oh, and no complimentary drink offered at all, albeit waiting there more than 3 hours... I have been to this shop about twice and have only got pedicures and they have been amazing. Cleaned up any excess dead skin and dip in the edges of my big toes. Took about a good hour on my feet. I enjoy someone who takes their time on me and not try to rush and get on to the next person. When you walk in the shop is a bit old looking but it's clean. Each time I was offered something to drink. Definitely going to continue coming here for a pedicure. read more

I just want to get the owner and customer attention. This place is TOTALLY FILTHY Bathroom's walls are extremely dirty, paper towels dispenser is cover in dust. The lids of the jars with colorful massage creams are nasty. Hi, yesterday I had a visit with my friend we both got our toes done & my friend wanted to get her nails done. As soon as she started looking for her color she was being rushed, she had showed her a picture & the lady looked at it twice, then proceeded to go along with it from the start it looked nothing like the picture but what do we know about nails so we didn't say anything until the lady started to say "you like" my friend looked at me & looked back & said no this looks nothing like the picture i showed you, the manager Karen immediately starts to come by & ask "what do you wanna do, what do you wanna do" over & over & then starts to yell at my friend "you're picky anyone else would've been okay with this, you wasted our time" whole time were just in shock quite no one is saying a thing & my friend goes "are you yelling at me" & she goes "no im not yelling at you no" face gets red she's still yelling & then they just end chopping her nails but then out of no where the nail lady gets up & doesn't return after leaving my friends nails looking raggedy another girl asks if she's gonna leave them like that. long story short this is the worst experience we've ever had at a nail salon but the lady who did our toes was perfectly fine. read more

Never get your eyebrows done here!!! Every time I come to this place they rush waxing my eyebrows and they usually come out uneven, this is after I tell her and show her exactly what I want. When I first moved to Mesquite they did my eyebrows really well, now, not so much. I kept coming because I am lazy and it is up the street from my house but I am finally fed up with giving them my money only to have them rush and mess my eyebrows up. read more

Came here after leaving Diva Nails hadn't opened yet and the wait time was prolly 5 min. Staff was nice and attentive. Only issue was the end price. They charged $65 for regular pedicure ($25) and dip nails ($30) and then charged an additional $5 for tips and $5 for the oval shape. read more

I was going to leave and the lady assured me someone would help me soon. Then I get station #6 with Cathy. I showed her 2 pics and she literally NAILED my unicorn nails lol! Well, I reviewed the Yelp page before coming into this salon and it sounded promising. I walked in and I was the only one waiting. I waited about 10-15 mins and then 2 other women walked in. I was not sure if they had appointments or not but they were seen before me. I was able to actually let that go and wasn't too mad because I was seen shortly after that. The bail tech that did my nails did an ok job, I was happy. But, at the end when she was supposed to put on the top coat this is when things got interesting. She started using a top coat and then stopped abruptly. She got up and was looking around the shop I'm guessing for another top coat. She came back with one, and said "this is all i have honey". After she put the top coat on she used a bottle of who knows what with a droplett and put drops of a liquid unknown on each of my nails. I have been getting my nails done now for about 15 years EVERY 2 weeks and I have never seen this product before. The finish product was fine but it has only been 3 days since I've gotten my nails done and my nails are dingy and the top coat is dark and peeling. I am so disappointed and I will never go back to this salon. read more

I have been going to Miss Nails for at least 4 years, every time I go somewhere else due to travel or just time I regret it immediately. The owner Karen is absolutely the kindest and hardest working owner I know. Every time I come in from day one she has remembered my name, she hires great staff and I can trust who ever she sits me with does a wonderful job and if I do happen to point something out I might not like they fix it without any frustration. I do however love Helen, Amy and Nancy which have all done my nails on several different occasions. The only thing I would warn you about is they are always pretty busy (obviously cause their amazing) so either schedule an appointment or come during the week, midday. read more

Quan did a fantastic job! I walked in around 9:45 on Thursday morning and just happened to get squeezed into Quan's schedule. He was so precise and really took his time to correct the horrible job a tech at another salon did. He replaced 2 nails that were too loose to salvage. My bill was $20 (for regular acrylic), which I thought was cheap considering the time and effort he put in. I'll definitely be back, and I'll be sure to schedule with Quan! read more

The owner and staff was nice. My nails wasn't perfect but I didn't have time to re-do it! Price was reasonable.

This location can do nails however the manager Karen is the only one who can do nails. Once you become a regular she treats you worse with customer service there is an extremely long wait time even when setting up appointments. Sometimes after setting up appointments you still have to wait and it defeats the purpose of even setting up an appointment. Then once you are seen by Karen she will rush through your nails and it's a waste of time and money at the end of the day. read more

After the good reviews I saw on Yelp I was a little disappointed in this nail salon one of the guys did my pedicure the place was quite crowded so it took me a while to get in they had me sit at a station that didn't have the plastic cover on it yet for about 10 minutes before he came over and started with my pedicure he was a little too rough and it wasn't the best pedicure I've ever had but for a $20 basic pedicure he can't be that picky read more

The first time I came here I was a little iffy, the nail tech I had was a bit inexperienced and he cut my hand a couple of times. However, I decided to give this place a second chance and I love it! The pedicure I got was one of the best I've ever had and my nails ended up so cute! I suggest not to get the male nail tech (I'm unsure of his name) but all of the staff is super friendly and sweet!
