Also I chose a deluxe pedicure and left with no lotion on my feet no oil and did not receive my paraffin wax pedicure, so I paid and didn't receive half of my service the gentleman also did not know how to perform a correct pedicure and I repeated myself multiple times on how I wanted my toenails done and became frustrated because it was not being corrected. I hope the owner sees this and reaches out to me.

Long story short it's been a week and my cuticles on both big toes are still super inflamed and maybe infected. Even then they partially gave me my money back and profusely apologized but I still was unsatisfied so this is just for everyone thinking about going there I will now probably have ingrown toenails for a long time thanks to this place. The worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I haven't gotten my nails done in a while…read morebecause I've been dealing with postpartum depression, and the nail tech I was assigned to kept making comments about my nails. It made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, she would talk to her coworker and laugh while looking directly at me, which felt very disrespectful. The service itself was also terrible. I asked for a very simple set -- short black French tips -- but the work was poorly done. In the picture you can clearly see that the polish isn't even finished on one of the nails. When I pointed it out, she laughed and told me to wait for her to finish, but she never actually fixed it and left the nail unpolished. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and the quality of work was disappointing. I definitely will not be coming back.
