I ordered Miss Mini Donuts for a party I was hosting and they were a huge hit! It was so easy to view flavors, view pricing, catering options and place an order on the website. I wanted to have the donuts delivered and the website will show you the delivery fee after you enter the address. I ordered 5 different flavors: cinnamon sugar, Oreo, s'mores, Reese's and signature pink frosting. Each one tasted so good and had a soft texture. I requested to have the donuts delivered to the party venue during the time frame my family was setting up. I wasn't there, but I received a text from whoever delivered stating they left the donuts with my family within my time frame. The donuts are packaged neatly in sturdy boxes with a flavor menu and a nice bag! Pricing is fair for the quality and quantity! They are the perfect bite sized treat for parties. I've been thinking long and hard as to whether or not I wanted to review Miss. Mini Donuts, especially in the age of covid, but a few days have passed and I am still wondering wtf? I placed an order for pickup. My order was confirmed and my credit card charged. I arrive early the next day for pickup. I call the number on my receipt and speak to...someone (the owner?) who tells me that the donuts are ready by 11 AM, so I can pick my order up early. Thirty minutes later of me awkwardly standing at the entrance of Bosscat, while the manager and the hostess check my receipt and run to the back, receipt , back. My order was never made. The manager of Bosscat made my order himself because there wasn't anyone from Miss Mini Donuts there. He apologized and I left speechless. I wasn't expecting freebies or anything, but maybe an apology or even acknowledgement from the owner who I had spoken to on the phone would have been nice. Something with this entire transaction felt off and unsatisfactory. It made me feel small when I am the customer and shouldn't feel that way at all. The way this business is run is just plain rude but I doubt they will ever care. read more

These donuts were adorable!! Literally the cutest little treats! However, they were teeny tiny! And imo not worth the pretty penny that they charge. Granted we only got 4 little donuts and it was really nice of them to accommodate our order given they haven't opened their pop up shop yet... however $6.40 for these mini mini donuts is really too much. I understand that a lot of love and time probably goes into decorating each donut...but the donuts were pretty much the same with different toppings. Our favorite one was the Saigon cinnamon. The PB cup was pretty good but the only peanut butter flavor really came from the mini peanut butter cup on top. The Kit Kat one also just had a tiny piece of Kit Kat on top which was sadly stale fruity provokes was also a but stale. Again this may have been because they just gave us whatever was leftover for the day. Despite this, I think this would be a super cute idea for a party if you're ordering a larger amount and the donuts end up costing closer to $1. Definitely not worth $1.50+ for each one. read more

This review is a customer service review, not a tasting review. I contacted Miss Mini Donuts via Instagram DM to ask for a quote on a custom theme box of donuts. I received a response about 2.5hrs later with simply an attached picture of her pricing/presentation option and a second attachment with flavor options. Later that evening I asked again for the specific pricing for a custom box with custom words and designed toppings, thinking this may cost more than the standard box pricing. I received a simple "25" reply back. Okay, so maybe she's busy and not all into elaborating or asking for further details. I let a few days pass but no follow up from her. So I send an email instead hoping this would be a more official channel to place an order. 18hrs passed since I emailed her and there was no response. I see on Instagram that she's very much active and posting, so I casually commented that I sent an email and was waiting on a response. That got her attention. We exchanged 3-4 emails with Q&A's about quantity, delivery, and flavors. The next day I sent an email to confirm my flavor, quantity, and design. 3 days passed with no reply for confirmation of order placed. I decided to cancel my order and shared my reason for cancelling. To me, this was just not good customer service or good business practice. Communication with customers is essential -- it sets expectations (both ways) and it helps me feel like my business with you matters. I was really eager to try these mini cuties I've been stalking over Instagram, but honestly, I needed to take my business elsewhere when I can't even rely on timely communication. read more
