This morning, I discovered that the bread had developed a significant amount of mold. Unfortunately, my children had already eaten some of it before I noticed. I called the store to report the issue. The employee I spoke with acknowledged that there had indeed been a problem with yesterday's bread and asked me to contact the owner, Rain, about it. I then called Rain, but she insisted that this was normal and claimed that bread could develop mold within one day. I find this explanation very concerning, especially since the bread was refrigerated immediately after purchase and my children had already consumed it.
