I always recommend knowing what you like and dislike before coming in, instead of walking in blindsided. This location has a huge selection for both men and women, and if you can't find what you want here, there are two other locations in Del Amo. And Beatriz? TOTAL MVP!!! I asked for recommendations, told her my preferences, and she absolutely nailed it, SHE REALLY HOOKED ME UP!!! Her recommendation was so good I decided to get a third pair. Sadly, there was a small imperfection, so they couldn't sell me that exact pair, but I appreciated that they showed me exactly where the issue was (because I genuinely didn't notice it). That was the last one in stock... but then Anna came in clutch and brought the pair I wanted from another store! Beatriz and Anna -- you are seriously the BEST IN THE BIZZZ. I left with THREE pairs thanks to their buy one, get one 50% off promotion!! Photos soon to be posted!!!

After inspecting my glasses, the customer service rep informed me that they needed to order the original part directly from Prada, and it would be about a 2 week wait. I was fine with that, so I had the order placed and paid right then and there. Two weeks later, I got a call, and came right back here. I dropped off my glasses for 15 minutes, and presto! My glasses were as good as new! In previous visits, I've mainly come here to get new glasses. They've always had exactly what I was looking for, and they've never disappointed me. Their locations here in the US are just as great as their locations in Polanco (CDMX). The price is comparable to the quality and the excellent customer service. I recommend em!

Terrible. Will not…read moredo any returns. Wouldn't be surprised if the employees are secretly lab techs. "You see this Microscopic scratch here in the very corner of the lens. You would need a microscope to see this under the right light. Sorry we can't do this return. It's about the size of a germ." Ridiculous.

Even though working retail isn't an easy gig, the employees of low-volume stores really do have it…read moremuch easier than others. I can confidently say that 90% of the time that I pass a Sunglass Hut during the week, it's completely empty. You can usually spot the employee stationed behind the desk either using the computer or their cellphone. I don't really mind because this just means I get superb service when I walk into one (most likely because they're excited to have human interaction for the first time in hours). That all gets thrown out the door during the holiday season. The pair of guys working the shift that I stopped by for were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They never have to deal with having more than 2 customers in the store, so they understandably panic when they see 10 people during the holiday rush: who's needs to checkout? who needs a glass case unlocked? who needs help with a question? who was here first? I don't mind having to wait to buy overpriced sunglasses, I mind not being acknowledged. When a customer stands in the middle of the store and spends several minutes holding a pair of shades in their hand while staring straight at you, just look over and nod. That's it: a nod. I know you're busy and have several things to do, but just let me know that you see me. When I was finally talked to, the guys were great with the checkout -- but by that time, I was too pissed about standing around for ten minutes to care how friendly they were.
