Great service and great selection of products, it is very hard to find Chrome Hearts anywhere, but they had a great selection.

Staff wasn't the friendliest bunch, but nice enough. Just wish I was communicated about the the tardiness. Had an appointment, the optician didn't show up until 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Cute shop, nice selections of glasses. Give yourself some time if you're booking appointments in the morning. read more

I came in specifically looking for some Miu Mius or Chanel optical glasses. I was helped as soon as I came in the store, the girl who helped me was very friendly and really tried to help me out. Only thing that bothered me is she asked if I wanted to put my bag on the chair while I was looking. Not sure if they do it so you don't steal or because they really want you to be hands free while you try on glasses. I caught it until afterwards otherwise I would have brought it up. The glasses I wanted weren't in stock so they ordered them for me. I told them I needed them expedited, I was told about 2-3 days. I had to call a week later to follow up. When I picked up my glasses, everyone was very friendly and outgoing, which I loved. They get 5 stars because they do have great customer service and I will be back to order more from them! read more

Ashley was so informative, patient, and professional while she took my special request phone order. I finished the transaction at the store upon delivery of the Oakleys. Amy couldn't have been more helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Every employee I've ever come in contact with here has been elite in their customer service. The only comp would be high end couture brand boutiques. I've been a faithful customer for several years now, as I was referred by fellow coworkers in the area. We all share the same exceptional opinion of this establishment and staff. read more

This is the second time I have ordered glasses from Trendy Eyes. Both times I have had issues. The first time I had to send back the progressive lenses because the zone of transition was all off (near vision was essentially non-existent and had to be remade, correctly noting where my pupil sits in my eye. The second time two years later, is even more ridiculous. I ordered 1 pair of progressives with transition lenses, one pair reading glasses and one pair of sunglasses with progressive lenses. The pair of glasses did not include transition lenses so they had to be redone. The pair of sunglasses came back with the reading glasses prescription (not the progressive) and had to be sent back. When the sunglasses came back, the prescription was for distance only. They have to had to send them back a third time to get the progressive lenses done. It has been over six weeks to get this right. These glasses are NOT cheap so I would expect a little extra care and diligence when dealing with my order. read more

I felt extremely welcome inside the store when I walked in. I had come in for a sunglasses repair and Amy was BEYOND helpful. She had a positive attitude, upbeat and eager to help. Because of that, I decided to look around telling her I was interested in a new pair of eye glasses. She asked about my preferences and style I was looking for. She searched all over the store and was incredibly patient with me. It didn't take long until she found the perfect pair and was able to order it right away! Once the frame came in, I went to the store to try them on and I was over the moon in love. She proceeded with the prescription lenses, used my insurance and I paid! Not too long after that, my glasses were ready. I went in again and Amy was there! She was complimentary and also loved the frames on my face. I was a happy camper and was thrilled to have a new pair of frames. I even got a follow up call to ask how my new glasses were and a postcard in the mail! Really wowed me - so a big thank you to Amy!!! read more

Wonderful service , friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Dr. for eye examination was excellent , Corrected my eye glass prescription and best of all , she took the time to explain to me what was going on with my eyesight especially with my contact lenses ( as I really could not see properly ) and what my options are. We are trying out different contacts and right now I can see well and able to drive at night.with the contacts. I am ecstatic. I cannot thank them enough. LOVED Sandy!! she was so kind and let us spend as much time thinking and pondering as we needed. she was so friendly!

I had a problem with my prescription and it had to be remade. Not their problem but they were excellent about helping me get it all fixed.

I began seeing Dr. Briggs last year and will never look back. She's sharp, thorough and personable. Diagnostic equipment is up-to-the-minute and top-of-the-line. Last year during my glasses exam she brought a potentially serious condition to my attention that my previous optometrist of 20+ years had never mentioned! She recommended I see an ophthalmologist asap. This year I had my first contact lenses exam with her. As I'm about to run out of lenses, after getting my prescription sorted, she generously gave me a more than adequate supply of complimentary trial lenses to get me through until my order arrives. The selection of GORGEOUS eyewear is AMAZING!! They have offerings I've never seen elsewhere in the South Bay. No need to fight traffic up to LA for top quality specs or shades. Stock numbers literally in the thousands. To name-drop just a FEW (why oh why wasn't I born with a massive trust fund?!): Céline, Chanel, Chrome Hearts, Coach, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Dita, Gucci, Miu Miu, Oliver Goldsmith, Oliver Peoples, Prada, SALT, Tiffany, Tom Ford; of course, the usual suspects: Maui Jim, Oakley, Persol, Ray-Ban, Vuarnet. The list goes on.... The opticians are all wonderful! Ashley has taken care of me through multiple visits and is always so patient and has great instinct for what I'm looking for. Plus, she's so sweet! (And is great at knowing how to get your insurance to work best for you!) I couldn't be happier and wish I'd discovered this gem of an optical boutique/optometrist sooner, but I'm now a customer/patient for life. read more

What an amazing positive experience! Amy helped me over the phone with two pairs of sunglasses. I needed one specific pair for a fundraising tournament at the beach . The tournament is in 3 days and I live 94 miles away from The store. I was stressing a little bit, but she was able to find both sunglasses! Better yet I was able to pay for 2 day shipping. She spent close to an hour with me on the phone sending me dozens of pictures of different shades. I appreciate your assistance Amy! Best customer service experience ever! read more

I had a prescription lens pop out and was in the neighborhood. They were packed but the friendly staff told me to get in line and they would take care of it. Lots of high quality glasses! The doctor knows her stuff. The owner does a great job keeping the store at its best!

My mom and I came all the way down from Santa Clarita due to hearing about how good this business' customer service was. We viewed some frames, and, despite how many cases of frames they have, patterns just kind of repeated. The only variety they had was the name of the brands. Another thing that wasn't pleasant was that we weren't greeted at all. Staff didn't even have the decency to say "We'll be with you in a minute." Nothing!! That was such a disappointment. To add on to this, the glasses prices are RIDICULOUS! Some advice: if you are going to "Trendy" Eyes for good customer service, cute frames, or a decent price, think again. read more

Went to this place after dinner to get a new pair of glasses for myself and my wife. The staff member Victoria who helped us the reason why we got the glasses from this location. Super helpful and listened to what we were looking for and not trying to sell us on what is "popular" or what she liked. Walked out with a pair of Dita and Jacques Marie Mage. Will be back in January when I New a pair solely because of Victoria. read more

While I haven't purchased anything from this establishment, I would not hesitate to buy from this place. We casually wandered into this place and were greeted warmly by Amy. They have a very large collection of sunglasses and Amy was exceptionally knowledgeable about each brand and its products. I especially appreciate the fact that she was able to make keen recommendations based my facial features. She was kind and patient even though it might be obvious that I wasn't ready to purchase anything at that moment. She wasn't at all pushy and maintained her pleasant and professional demeanor, which made me want to buy from her even more. To me, Amy represents the epitome of the value of local business and customer service in the age internet shopping. Visit Amy and support your local business! read more
