I have yet to get Henna, but really should one of these days! I really just go to get my eyebrows threaded. I find it to look the cleanest, irritates my skin the least of all methods and lasts the longest. At $12 I don't think I could really beat the price point either! Sadly, they will be moving from this location soon to Fashion Square. I am sad, but they have lots of locations at the valley and I will follow wherever they go (almost!)

There aren't many threading places in my area. I popped in for a brow threading on a Thursday and was happily greeted by Hasini and I entered. She sat me down in a chair and got to work. I knew this location had opened so I waited a couple weeks to go so I could let my brows grow out so they needed a good clean up. I was very happy with the results and I will definitely go back here again!

No appointment necessary in this situation. I arrived and was soon instructed to take a seat as she confirmed the service I was there to have. The method, threading, was much quicker than plucking, and less pain. After the basic task I was asked if I wanted to tint and I was quick to agree. A little color would add noticeable improvement. The brown black color is striking, and dark enough for this first time. I'm pleased with the final results as well as the method. Will probably be returning again in a few weeks for a redo.

I was very happy! and she was personable as well :) she was working so hard, was fast and efficient and kept a positive attitude! thank you! She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I texted her the issue, let her know I was seeing a doctor, sent her a picture of my nasty eyes, and then kindly asked for a refund. (I mean who pays for a service and then ends up at a doctor and doesn't request a refund?!) well she replied with she would like a doctors note in order to be refunded. Um? HELLO? Did you not see my eyes?!? I thought it was extremely unprofessional. I wasn't there to fight or argue- I had an eye infection from your services. Long story short I went to the doctor. I haven't been able to see out of my right eye. I'm on antibiotics for the next 7 days and the owner, like a child at school, got her doctor note and refunded me. The doctor stated it was not an irritation but in fact, a bacterial infection from uncleanliness. Gross.
