Nobody speaks any English- everything I said or asked, my therapist didn't understand, she just smiles & says "ok" and during the 2 hours in the room, she went in & out a lot. Not to mention, she shorted me about 10 mins- apparently, the time starts after you pay, not when the massage starts & they don't use a timer. Prices are on the higher side & there's a $3 fee if you're paying with a credit card. What's really annoying was the receptionist lady kept talking loudly on the phone nonstop, like can I relax & enjoy my massage in peace?! Def not coming back again :x

But for a Thai Massage.. it was subpar- I've had many, from all over, over the last 12 years and can say this was at the bottom, but again NOT A BAD MASSAGE. I just look for a certain technique and traditional style.. I also noted on the paper i wanted a back walk, and no hot stones. They used hot stones and i got no back walk. May go again for a different massage but for Thai, looks like i'll just have to drive 2 hours to NOVA/DC to get my fix..

I was finally able to relax during the end (where she was only doing my arms and back).... It was $77.50 (including tax) which I paid at the beginning of the service. I was kinda skeptical because I've never paid upfront for a massage before but whatever... anyways, at the end, another women comes to bring me to the front room. She asks if I wanna leave a tip and I said... sure. I wrote $3 because I was genuinely in pain most of the service. She literally looked at me and goes "it's $10 MINIMUM for a hour" .. excuse me? When is a tip EVER mandatory? & after I write the $3, she grabbed the receipt for me and wouldn't even let me finish writing my total. I asked for it back because I didn't feel comfortable with how she treated me at that moment. I will not be returning. The entitlement is absolutely insane and unprofessional. Plus, the whole place reeks of FEET. I should've left after I noticed but always try to give a chance. Never again.

They are very sweet ladies and always try to load me up with candy and water as I'm leaving (the candy for my kids). They take walk-ins, which I love as I have a crazy schedule with my kids and work and never know when I'll have time. And they're open until 10pm which is also amazing. I love getting a massage here. I've had massages at many different places: red door (before they closed at which I've had best and worst), a chiropractor masseur, massage envy (only dug into my shoulder blades lots of pain there). I prefer a little more pressure myself, but I don't like to be in pain. I like the tension release I get here.
