Poor customer service: She kept talking to her coworker, leaving the room multiple times during massage with door wide open while I'm exposed face down and vulnerable listening to her talking to whoever walked in. Inappropriate contact: During massage she would allow her body parts to be against me. Uncomfortable Environment: You could hear noise in other rooms and noise at the front entrance. Cold air was blowing on me while on massage table and I said I was cold, she left and came back. Still cold air blowing on me. Everytime she left me alone during massage to attend to someone else who walked in I was uncomfortably exposed half naked on the table with her leaving door open. Audacity: She directly asked for tip after the traumatic, rushed, incomplete massage. Sum it up... Then she got up 2 times to get the door, 2 times to turn down the AC, several times to go in the back for something and I still was finished before my friend was finished. She never touched my toes or above my ankles. Then the whole time she spoke to the guy beside her in whatever language she spoke. Not very relaxing. But it gets better I went up and gave her my code from Groupon and walked out she came after me telling her I had to pay her a tip so I did reluctantly. Then when I get home I have 3 voice messages from her where she accused me of stealing and threatening to call the police. Demanded I come back and pay her. I called her back and she wouldn't let me speak she just kept telling me she doesn't trust me and I needed to come straight back and pay her. Update: Have since returned with my 18 year old daughter who has chronic joint pain/arthritis. She suffers from muscle cramps also and we were hoping a massage would help relieve her pain.
