It was a little light on the meat and loaded with cheese. That said, it's probably more of a "me" issue since I'm not a huge fan of overly cheesy dishes. Today we happened to be driving to Natural Bridge Caverns and saw this place on the side of the road and decided that we'd drop in to try it out after walking a mile underground. And this definitely was. The server brought us a big basket of chips and a cup of salsa that we barely put a dent in. It was more watery than we prefer but the flavor was amazing. The chicken was perfect: flavorful, moist, and plenty of it. The charro beans were delicious, and the rice was, too. Literally zero real complaints here. We saw, we ate, we conquered.
