I went in for Birria, but unfortunately they were sold out. I was on my way to go watch the final four bball games and needed some eats. I had to select other things off the menu, which was hard because I really wanted the Birria and they have Birria versions of basically everything on the menu...I really wanted that Birria. I chose to try a Chuco Dog, a chicken Torta, and an order of chicken flautas. Oh and 2 cups of street corn, which I was going to get anyway. The food was very good and flavorful. The bread that the Torta is served on was pillowy-soft and perfectly complimented the chicken, onions. The Mayo and the lettuce added a cool crisp element. Absolutely delicious...I bet the Birria Torta is amazing...did I mention I went there for Birria? The Chucodog was delicious! Beginning with the quality of the dog, this was a delicious premium and plump hotdog. It was bacon wrapped and grilled. I think a double wrap would have made the bacon flavor pop a little more. The beans work surprising well in the ensemble. I'd have also liked more queso or a cup of queso on the side for dipping. More bacon and queso...can you tell I'm a health nut (LoL!). Finally, the chicken flautas had a lot of potential in construct and appearance. However, the chicken itself was a bit dry. Luckily they gave us plenty of their green hot sauce (presumably a tomatillo sauce). I'll be back! I still need that Birria!!! read more

Went for the first time today. I was craving birria ramen so decided to finally check it out and believe me, it lives up to the hype. The food was so good, I think I said "this is so f'ing good" about 10 times at least. The broth was so tasty, the meat was so tender, and service was great. It was very clean and staff was very attentive. I thought the price was very reasonable too. I've had Birria ramen at different places but I think I've found my favorite spot. read more

No Mames Tacos is legit!! This place in Cibolo is a total gem for Mexican food lovers. I stopped by on a whim and was blown away everything from the food to the service was chef's kiss I ordered the ramen birria and OMG... it was packed with flavor, rich broth, tender meat, and the perfect level of spice. Totally hit the spot. The tacos and flautas looked amazing too can't wait to go back and try them next time (and probably everything else on the menu ). The vibe inside is chill and welcoming, and the staff was super friendly and fast. You can tell they care about both their food and their customers. The tacos, beans, and melon auga fresca were very good! We asked for recommendations and got good direction too. I'm truly obsessed with the melon agua fresca! The tacos were loaded with plenty of meat, with purple onions, grilled onions, and cilantro everything I needed. The green and red are delicious, the red is spicy though! This place was definitely over hyped. I would say the best was the birria tacos. The loaded fries were average the queso had no taste whatsoever. The hot dog was not fresh, the toppings were about the only thing fresh about it. ( ate half before taking a pic) We got chicken tacos - ( I know weird choice) was basically just chicken that tasted like pepper fridge. The lime Fresca was just water flavor basically. To me, it seemed that most of it was frozen food re-heated. The salsa was absolutely horrible. We ended up paying an arm and a leg. When it should've been half of that. We love supporting our local businesses, and when we heard a new restaurant was opening in our neighborhood we were excited. It didn't disappoint either! Awesome food, and a great selection of tacos. I got the 3 flautas with cilantro, lettuce, and queso fresco. Along with a side of chips and queso Blanco. My husband got the Birria tacos,carne asada tacos, charro beans, and carna aside fries. The watermelon and melon agua fresca are amazing. The portions were not at all skimpy what so ever! The customer service was on point and everyone was super nice. read more

First off a group of us went at 11 opening time. We went because of the menudo and flautas. First person to order no flautas! So got something different. I asked for menudo or pozole and they said they didn't have any so I asked is it not ready to early (first ones there) and the girl had to ask and then comes back and says no we don't have any because the temperature is hot!! If you are a Mexican we like menudo you promote jt. We decided to leave and go down the street and guess what they had menudo and pozole! Wouldn't go back even if they get menudo or pozole. Very unprofessional. Had to give a 1 star to be able to post. Editing:: again very unprofessional!! First of Eddie this is not bogus and I never said it was today!! And have you read your Google reviews a couple of them say menudo is part of the menu and have been told no menudo! Even if it wasn't part of the menu why did the girl at the register have to ask someone in the back about it. If it's truly not on the menu she could have politely said we don't offer menudo. Ok just know that this place is fantastic!!!!! We've been on birria Raman kick. We purchased that and the birria tacos here and they beat all the other local spots. I ordered beef and chicken street tacos and birria tacos to go for my kids and I and we were not impressed at all. Everything is overpriced and the flavor of everything was mid AF. The presentation of the street tacos was pathetic with 5 tortillas lining the bottom of the container with meat piled in the middle and onions, cilantro, and a jalapeno on the side so you have to make the tacos yourself and the tortilla in the middle had all the meat on it. The charro beans were the best part, but there was nothing special about them. I won't bother ordering from here again. read more

I won't be back. I have to say if you are looking for authentic street tacos, this doesn't seem like the place. That was my observation after taking a closer look. I had originally ordered, but up getting a refund and not eating anything. I Ordered 3 taco plates, and a lemonada to go. The girl handed me my drink and I could see something in it. Took the lid off to investigate and found paper, some red stuff, and a large piece of plastic floating in my drink. That was enough for me to get a refund and put this place on my never again list. I should have known better when I walked in to find the place empty and then while waiting for my drink 2 people came in looked at the menu, looked around and left. Went in on a Saturday evening and they were out of queso. The wait for a single order of tacos was more than 20 minutes. You could tell they were super backed up with only 3 people working. Visited for the first time and it's too expensive for what you get. Order the 5 tacos for $13, the soft tacos were on top of each other and the meat was on top (not inside each soft taco), meat was enough to maybe 3 tacos if put inside how it's suppose to. It looked more like a tostada (so you get the idea). It was not hot and the bowl of beans was put in top of the meat (instead of the side of the plate) gross! Taste wasn't the best. Beans were super greasy and My husband ordered a torta and it just a little of meat, it was more a cheese torta (sandwich). On the other hand, the lemonade was great. Customer service was ok but not great. Lady at the cashier could be more friendly to customers. When we got there cook was on his cellphone so I hope he cleaned his hands before serving the food. Ambience was ok, some tables were clean and others weren't. Forgot to take pictures of the food. But here it's a picture of the to go hotdog. Will not go again.
