I ordered a custom supreme Alder table top. I received it yesterday and it is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! The thing I was most impressed by was the packaging for shippment!!! This thing was packed SO good! Solid wood all around the table, it was wrapped in a thick brown paper and bubble wrap and a layer of very solid cardboard! Making it get to me in PERFECT shape!!! A little surprised with some of the lower reviews, as I had a wonderful experience. I ordered two large custom mirrors for my master bathroom. The ordering and selection process was very easy. The actual mirror frames matched very close to the color scheme that was displayed online. The mirrors look beautiful and appear to very high quality. The mounting was also very easy with the supplied mounting z-bars, I was able to mount myself. The logistics and shipping also went very well and was coordinated. The packaging of the mirrors was over the top, so be prepared to break a sweat when unpacking. Overall very pleased with MirrorLot and would absolutely recommend them. read more

I purchased 2 large beveled mirrors from this company back on 11/10/20 for my home in CA and the other for my house in WA. The one in WA started separating from the corner and the back is coming apart. The beveled framed mirror that is falling apart is a 60"x42". I started interacting with Shawie Magtoto in Mirror Lot's customer service department on June 8, 2022 and continued through the month. Per Shawie's request, I sent pics of what was happening. I was instructed to take the mirror down right away to prevent an accident. Over the course of a couple weeks, I was told different things. First I was told that they would pay to fix the mirror or they would send me a new mirror without the bevel as they said the mirror is too heavy for the frame. They should not be selling large mirrors if their frames can't support the mirrors. I said I would see if I could find someone who could fix it. After calling multiple stores, I was told that no one can fix a poly frame. I didn't realize the frame wasn't real wood to begin with. Shawie, they offered to send me a new frame unassembled to take to the local store and they would give me $100 for repair time. None of the stores will do this as they said it is unsafe to use a poly frame on a beveled mirror of that size. Shawie had even originally stated that they would only send me a non beveled mirror due to the weight issue, but now they were saying to have someone else replace with the same materials?? That made zero sense. I proceeded to get a couple quotes on what it would cost to replace the frame with real wood. I shared this information with Shawie and then he stopped responding. It has been two weeks with multiple follow ups and no response. I spent $909 on a 60x42 framed mirror that lasted 1 1/2 years just hanging on a wall. The one in my CA house is a little bit smaller and is holding up so far, but I am not holding my breath. Beware and do not use this company. read more

I took a huge chance online ordering a custom-height mahogany table to create a "T" shaped snack bar in a smaller-sized dining room. I am seriously pleased with the end result. Major Kudos!! The ordering process itself was more difficult because the table had to slip under a 36"/counter height snack bar, yet accommodate people legs and pull out for larger size gatherings. Customer service was responsive via email to several changes I made, including removing the skirting on the long sides of the rectangle to allow more leg room. My request for a solid medium toned mahogany wood table top was also perfectly fulfilled. It took about 3 weeks before my table was delivered to the shipper. It came very nicely wrapped and in a wood crate that completely protected it from shipping damage. My only issue was the very nice, automotive quality #5 bolts used to attached the legs requiring a 9/16th thin-walled socket to tighten, which I found at the 3rd big box store. It would have been nice to have been forewarned so I had that sized socket hand when I had the muscle here to flip the table. Nine months into a Covid kitchen remodel project I can only wish my other kitchen remodel contractors, like the drywallers who used decking screws!, did anywhere as good a job as Mirror Lot. read more

Bottom line here is after purchasing 3 custom bathroom mirrors, they started to loose the finish. I called and asked for assistance and was told too bad. Poor customer service and we spent like $400 per mirror for them to last less than a year. Stay clear of this place. read more

The shipping problems with this company are an issue, but I had to update this because the mirror is absolutely beautiful.

I purchased a custom 40 by 37 inch mirror with a "cherry" frame for $689. The mirror was a nice but the 'Cherry" frame was not made from cherry wood but some resin or plastic. It does not look like any wood I have every seen. The website deceptively, does not indicate what their frames are made of. Most real frame shops would use "cherry" to describe a frame made of cherry wood. I would return the item but they charge 25% of the total cost plus shipping both ways to return an item. This is an online business, they recently changed names, and have no actual address listed on website. I had made a mistake on my order dimensions I made a typo I put 24 instead of 48 inches. When I realized the mistake I called company and amicably tried to work out a resoluttion, including paying additional fee for my mistake. They had not actually shipped mirror, but they would not help me. Instead they charged me 90 bucks md I received no product because I didn't want a mirror half the size I needed for project. read more
