Lost of debris and dirt left behind, no tables or countertops were cleaned, nor the machines we discussed with the manager (Jack). Wasted money on household chores. A cleaning service should make sure every spot of a unit is clean, but it is apparent the bare minimum was performed. The manager also charged for this service several days before the cleaning was performed to ensure payment regardless of quality. He is a con artist.

My cleaner was in my small house (944 sq ft) for 2 hours ($80) and I could tell she mopped the floors, vacuumed and wiped down some areas like the fridge and freezer but I still had to spend a lot of time cleaning myself, like the floor of the bathroom and all the cabinets/shelving before I could even consider moving in. It's likely my fault for not asking more questions about what a "move-in" clean entailed but I guessed it was going to be a bit more thorough than what I actually got. The second attendant that came out did a much better and after she left I felt the place was move-out clean appropriate.
