2 words.....FOOD POISONING!! I highly deter consumption of any deli or cooked meats. A simple breakfast sandwich caused 36hrs of horrific bouts if of Food poisoning. This part of Massachusetts has one of the largest Brazilian immigrant populations in the US. If you look hard, you'll find a lot of restaurants in Central Massachusetts which specialize in Brazilian cuisine. The pandemic has basically placed me in Massachusetts with not too many trips back to my beloved LA, so I have been trying to find more ethnic restaurants as Central MA may as well be 'home to the buffalo fried everything'. The first thing you need to know about Brazilian baking is that on the whole, the nation has an almost unquenchable sweet tooth. Almost every bread you'll find is sweet. In fact, some of the bread actually has custard baked into the top of it doubling up on sweetness. Pudding and bread, who knew? In addition to the rows and rows of sweet breads, you'll find bakery items (almost all sweet) and a few little snacks and lunch items. In case there wasn't enough sugar for you ... the counter also offers several hard to find South American candies and chocolate bars. The earlier you get here, the better the selection will be. They make these fried chicken chunk skewers which are so damn good! Imagine just the chicken part of a Chic Filet sandwich ... fried crisp with a salty herbed crust. They also have lots of little stuffed 'crouquette' type of snack items. Between the cakes, breads, sugar and fried everything, it's a wonder the counter staff looks like models. Seriously ... swoon! The only downsides to this place is that the parking lot is an absolute nightmare to navigate. It has a few spaces in a square pattern but the way that the spots are positioned vs. the exits/entrance its a battle royal free for all. I have to admit there have been times I really wanted to go in but the parking lot was so bananas I kept driving vs. deal with the hassle. I keep hoping they might move to a different spot with better parking and more inside seating but after a decade, I gave up and figure it is what it is. This is the type of spot you could really buy a lot more calories than you intend because everything is so good. The cakes are just average, in my opinion, but everything else is delicious and the prices are low. Pampas Churaccia is across the street and offers 'by the pound' dining which includes true Brazilian BBQ meats. A great one-two punch to knock out your craving of Brazilian food. Based on the price, service and quality, you can't go wrong here unless you are dieting. read more

I am so happy this place finally opened! The inside is very nice and spotless! They have a few tables to sit at but is setup mostly as a grab and go type of bakery. They have cases of Brazilian pastries and also a case of fried Brazilian snacks. They had a great selection at 8AM today. They also have some sandwiches and other items available to order. Brazilian style coffee, two fresh juices ready to pour and a machine to make fresh orange juice. Ordered two portions - picanha and chicken fingers with feijoada, rice and mandioca. Also ordered two flan for dessert. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. The chicken fingers were ok, but everything else was delicious My husband was very happy and surprised that there was another good Brazilian restaurant so close. He had multiple servings of everything and ended up taking a long nap afterwards. LOL. read more

Did not feel safe here. Came here on a Sunday afternoon. The employees at the register kept taking her mask off while talking to customers and co-workers. It baffles me to see a business doing this at the peak of a pandemic. Other than this reckless, dangerous behavior, it seems like a nice bakery. read more

I LOVE this place! I decided to stop in once on my way to work for breakfast since I have heard good things and was pleasantly surprised! They have so many options for both breakfast and lunch, the portions are all huge for very cheap, and the girls at the front are all very helpful and friendly! 2nd time here. All Brazilian staff..surprise. definitely translation issues. Ordered a ham egg and cheese sandwich and got 1 ham and egg and 1 cheese sandwich. Overall though good experience. Place is bright and clean. Food is good. Coffee is good and hot. Hot food comes out quickly. Their "donut hole" is bigger than a big mac. See picture. read more

(-1 star) NOTHING in the cases was labeled, so I had to ask what each thing was or what was inside it, which wastes their time and mine. And the language barrier didn't help. C L E A N. And lots of things to pick from! The yucca and cod fritters were delicious! Chicken on a stick was a tad salty, but with HUGE, juicy chunks of chicken - a meat eaters delight! There are pastries, a tons of tidbits to nibble - coxinha, savory sandwiches, meat pies, chicken pies, cheese filled fried pastries- OH MY! Wow finally we a real Brazilian bakery with some great selection! I am surprised with the massive Brazilian community for years in Marlboro and never has been a bakery this good. I 've been there a few times and the staff are always friendly. Try their soup (caldo) selection in my opinion I prefer the "Canjiquinha". The famous Brazilian coxinha are also delicious. But I would suggest to try their "pastel" I prefer with cheese but other options are available. There are so many things you can try. Place is very clean and tons of space to bring your family. read more
